I go to Justice Hardware for everything. They have great inventory and the most knowledgeable, helpful staff

Service is always 5 stars here, the never look and run away like the big chain stores. Old school five star service. they look at you and ask if they can help you find anything. They always make great keys and best price around. Definately check here with auto keys 1st, $20 here. Selection isn't perfect,but if you have the chance to save $70 it's worth a check., $90 and $200 at the dealer these days. Especially if I need a few keys. The vale is greater or better than chain stores. I cannot emphasize enough how great the folks at Justice Hardware are, and how important it is to have local hardware stores that care about you & the community! I came into the hardware store early on a Saturday with a broken glass pane on my back door (I brought the whole door off the hinges). It broke while my kids were horseplaying around. Initially one of the Owners indicated that the timeline for a glass pane repair would be weeks and was prepared to make a recommendation for another business that might be able to turn around a repair sooner. But before letting me go, he came out to the car to inspect the door, upon which he connected the door was my main protection from outside, and he prioritized the repair that day! He proceeded to carry the door single handedly, and called me later that day for pick up, upon which he returned it to my car. The cost was beyond reasonable, and I was left feeling a humble gratitude for this local hardware store and the good people who own it! I recommend others to support local businesses, beyond merchandise, they provide small custom services that NO big box store could compete with. read more

Great place to get your window screens replaced! Had about 20 of them done here, only took a day or two. Great family owned local hardware store. For common things it much easier to get in and out of this place then big box places, so think of them before going to Lowes. read more

Service amazing. Needed 2 screws for a screen door handle. Worker at Big Orange Store told my family member that handle would need to be replaced due to stripped threads. Locksmith here agreed posts were stripped, then rethreaded them and fitted new screws for less than $2. Refused a tip. My tip? Patronize this store. Service is like something out of the 1950's, in a good way. read more

If you need something from a hardware store, try the mom and pop places first... except JUSTICE HARDWARE in East Weymouth. I called this store and asked for something very specific in which they told me they carried. When I got there the gentleman (shouldn't even use that word because he was rude as hell- old man with glasses) told me that they carried the pieces but I would not "be able to do it myself", after looking me up and down and laughing under his breath. The other gentleman looking for the pieces that I needed was very friendly and offered to help while the old rude man stood between him and I, belittling me. He kept saying, "she's never done this before, she can't do it." Mind you, all I wanted was to replace the screen myself, not that hard!!! AND, I have done it before!! But because he had such horrible bedside manners I told him I wasn't going to spend my money there. He 100% made this comment because I am a woman and scoffed at me, confirming my assumption when I called him out for being a completely sexist POS. Would also like to note that I usually don't ask for help unless I can't find something, but the place is an absolutely disheveled mess. Could barely walk in there. What a damn shame to WANT to support small businesses only to be berated by a chauvinist Donkey. read more

This store is an absolute wonder. First of all they have MOST things that a hardware should have--but they also have things that no one can find any more. My mother in law moved into a small apartment. She is quite inactive these days and cannot do any heavy lifting. She needed a good two wheel cart, but finding one of those was HARD. Justice had it, and it had a useful add on as well. I always look here first, because they are a small business with a great heart. I think they are just terrific! Great Place. Small time hardware store and very friendly and knowledgeable service. I try to go here rather than home depot or lowes. Prices aren't that different and the slection is pretty good, it may actually be better because they are a lot more willing to either find something for you, or they know where to order it. read more

Not much more can be said about this hardware store except that it is a traditional old fashioned type of store with just about everything or anything you need with advice to go with it. They have things that places like Lowe's do not consider to be important and even have an onsite locksmith who, unlike Lowe's, actually knows how to get keys right the first time and for less money too. If you have a problem, shop at Justice and you will get attentive expert service without walking a quarter of a mile to find a service person who will then have to call someone else like they do at Lowe's. read more

I went here last summer to have my lawnmower blade sharpened. I handed my blade over to one of the employees, along with my contact info and was told I'd be called whenever it was ready for pick up. I asked how long it would take and the employee was pretty vague, but I gathered it would be around 2 days, which I found strange knowing that the task only takes around 10 minutes. I figured maybe he just had a ton of customers ahead of me. After 4 days and no call, I decided to come back to the store to see what was up. When I got there I was informed that my blade had only been sharpened halfway, even though business seemed slow. The man went out back to finish my blade and came back 5 minutes later to hand it to me. I brought it home and reattached it to my lawnmower, only to have the engine suffer severe vibrations and almost fall off its mount. I found that this was from the blade being unbalanced due to careless sharpening. Maybe this store is convenient for making a quick purchase, but I would highly advise against coming here to have any kind of service or repairs done. read more

Great place! Old fashioned service! Chris and Larry have both helped me out on many occasions.. including, but not limited to performing lock work on short notice, holding a few desperately needed bags of ice melt for our special needs school when everyone else was sold out, etc.. They carry items many of the big box stores can't be bothered with. Keep up the great work, guys! read more

I brought my rolling screen door with a broken wheel here, after being told by another vendor that it couldn't be fixed. Larry spent 20 minutes on the problem, ultimately removing the defective wheel and installing a new one. I was charged $5.89 plus tax for the package of two wheels as he refused to add a labor charge. I insisted he add a nominal labor charge as I was thrilled that the I would not have to buy a new screen panel. Do business here. read more

I've been in to Justice Hardware twice now and have experienced superior service with a smile EVERY time (counting the next 200 times I go in there, as I am now a fan for life). On my second visit, Chris introduced me to the biggest tweezer I have ever encountered. These guys know their stuff and are happy to share it with you.
