We waked in to a classy and modern ambiance . Drinks were good . The mocktail was better than the cocktail! Appetizers came out quick initially but the entree took longer .Our server was very knowledgeable sharing the specials and made some great recommendations Grilled calamari with squid ink & Spicy shrimp in white wine garlic sauce with the house bread and Fries with truffle aioli made for a tasty start to a nice dinner Pappardelle with rabbit ragu & Lightly blackened salmon with couscous n parsnips puree were the entree picks and they were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the rabbit in the pasta though I got a bone in it , which the server mentioned should not have been there but it was a miss ! No regrets as it's apparently not a big deal!! We didn't have any dessert but they got us couple of ginger cookies on a plate with a piped chocolate wish ! Was a nice touch to wrap our evening on a high note

Starters consisted of French onion soup; very tasty and rich with delicious Gruyère cheese. Mussels with tomato- white wine sauce; spicy and smoky flavor. The pork chop was a generous portion , served medium. This was very flavorful and juicy, very tender. The black squid ink pasta with scallops was yummy too. Desser consisted of pound cake ice cream sandwich. Tasted like a smore, very delicious. Although it's a bit pricey, averaged about $105 per person from drinks to dessert. We will definitely return. O my reason I gave 4 stars was they only offer valet parking. We couldn't just park there ourselves. Had to park down street at another restaurant. We don't like valet for privacy reasons. Highly recommend this restaurant; great experience .

All of the dishes were excellent.  Also had a side of Fioretto Cauliflower $12 that was creative though not too plentiful.  Really appreciated that they list the farms where they source their ingredients.  The beers were superb, Hazy IPA, Bohemian Pilsner and Keller Pils.  The sports bar has a different menu with more of the types of dishes you'd expect at a brew pub. It is however dark and less inviting. In part that's the rub here. As much as we appreciated the quality of the food and gorgeous setting the fact that it is part of a brewery becomes somewhat irrelevant. We had beer because we were there but the dishes begged for wine. I'd have preferred a beautiful beer hall rather than the full fine dining experience. Just a bit too upscale for a brewery. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. .

This time, we were there to just hang out at the bar, so we went down to the basement, which is really nicely decorated! I opted for one of their brews, I think a dark lager, which tasted pretty good, though I didn't end up finishing it. I got to chat a bit with one of the bartenders, who was really cool and helped me out a bunch with some much needed water! I think his name was Herman. Pretty chill spot in my opinion, would come back for another outing with friends or colleagues.
