I called Supreme on Thursday evening 6/18 with an emergency. AI answers the phone and sent me in a loop, "I'll connect you with someone" and back to Charlie. they do not provide any information as to regular hours, emergency phone numbers, nothing. AI made 3 appointments for me for Friday, Saturday and Monday. No one showed up or called except for this morning only to tell me they had no one to come fix my problem. Even the office manager lied to me (sadly, not the first time). This is not the first time AI made an appointment then someone called to tell me they had to reschedule. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They get a zero from me as far as customer service. Their prices are high, they don't follow through with promises and dealing with a system that seems as if a 3rd grader set it up is more then enough red flags to send me running for a new HVAC company. read more

I paid over $3,000 for my A/C repair. I heard the technician banging in my addict while installing a new heat pump, but I didn't find out until till there was flooding in my basement that he had broken the drain pipe and left it that way! At my insistence, they finally came back out replaced the pipe and pump, but denied their responsibility, saying it was my equipment that caused the leak, so not their fault, but they broke my equipment! They continue to deny responsibility literally years later they finally had the air ducts cleaned to remove the mold that developed from the leak they caused and offered to pay me half of what it cost me to repair the wall and the water damage downstairs, but still delayed every chance they could! They are experts at gaslighting not AC repair . read more

Bought an HVAC system and wanted to say we have been very happy with the system and service from A Supreme. It was installed less than 1 year ago. They were quick and efficient on the installation and have already serviced it for maintenance. Also, I had a separate problem with the AC and they came out right away to fix it! One appreciates great customer service, when one has no experience with furnace issues. Mine was 16 years old and in a difficult area on the patio wall. Over the years, there had been minor issues, but this turned out to be a furnace that was unable to turn up any heat. Getting parts was a problem as well. This occurred before Christmas during a very cold week. No amount of blankets or patience was going to resolve the issue. The tech had some knowledge but was unsuccessful after 2 weeks. It was just my luck that I chose Supreme Heating searching the internet for a company close by. They had great customer service from the first call. Someone came out that day to appraise the situation. The next day, the men were able to bring a new furnace and worked diligently to remove the old and install the new. They were pleasant and efficient, checking if heat was coming to each room, and cleaning up all the debris. I was quite impressed by the company's quick action. We take so many things for granted until we don't have heat or things like a working toilet, TV, or needing more food during a blizzard. The Service Tech was very disrespectful, used this business in the past and they were okay but not this visit, so disappointed! Because it was not cheap I think he tried to exaggerate what he was actually doing kept going in and out I guess to look at the outside unit not sure why? HVAC went out in our place and we were recommended A Supreme. They were quick to come out and asses the problem and work to give the best possible options and explain in depth what each would do for us in the long term and how each new AC unit would work. Gil Cavey did the initial inspection and then the install as well. We helped get a good price with coupons and other things and did an amazing job on the install being fast, professional and extremely helpful. Called the morning my air conditioner went out, was given a 6 hour window of when the technician would arrive and he came a half hour early. He quickly diagnosed why my air conditioner wasn't working. Had it fixed in an hour. The technician was polite as was his coworker. Highly recommend this company. Second time I've used them. Technician came to my house and stated that my heat exchange was not working and that I needed a new unit. After I started questioning him he then stated that my blower motor was bad and that I needed a new one. He stated that it would cost me $1100. I went on the internet to start pricing the cost of a blower motor and the avg cost was $200-600. He removed my unit stating all the things that were wrong. I declined the service. He was to put everything back as it was, but later I find that he did not. I had another tech come to my house the next day that fixed my unit and for $80 and said it needed some maintenance. The gas was turned up a little high, so he adjusted it, the capacitor was not put back correctly, and the filter. My furnace has been working perfectly since. A Supreme's tech was going to charge me $1100 for something that could have been fixed for $80. My unit sounds perfect, no rattling noise. I find this company did not provide me with the honest and quality service. I would not recommend this company to my family or my friends. Honesty is a part of customer service!! read more

We had a new furnace and outdoor AC unit installed 2 weeks ago. Gil got the ball rolling by matching and beating all the other quotes we received from other companies. We signed the contract and 3 days later our brand new unit was installed. The installation went great and the technicians were very prompt and professional. The system looks great and the AC has worked awesome. Looking forward to being warm and efficient this winter too. We also received great warranties to go along with our new unit. Had a billing question and phoned the office. Holly answered and was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The big kicker here is that one week after our installation was complete, my family received a beautiful tin can full of fancy cookies as a gift from the company. What a great and delicious surprise.
