I clogged the toilet and ah F****. Those are words you don't want to her. Called all my contacts to find out well crap, they are all traveling for other service calls or on vacation. NOTE: I was stubborn and held out in hopes it would clear itself for 2 days......Now don't get me wrong I was willing to go snake my lines by renting a machine, but who the hell wants to spend their Sunday doing that. We spoke about pricing which for a service call on a weekend and on a holiday that some celebrate was extremely reasonable. He asked me some main questions about the clogs, and if I saw water flowing out the main drain line of the house. Luckily I knew all this doing this day in and out. He then said his tech would be here in 45 minutes. Ok, cue the distrust in that statement and most would assume. BUT.....Holy cow he was here in 20. Prompt on time. Alfonso (oh lord I can't remember his name and this was 10 minutes ago) introduced himself and got to work. Sadly the reality of the situation was that we knew the toilet had to come off the floor for the line to be snaked. This part is always loud, but POOF drain clear. He pulled back some wipes, which in the kiddos bathroom. Alfonso cleaned up everything upon leaving and even swept the floor. Had a gas leak and called this place. They sent someone on the same day. A visual inspection…read moresuspected it's the pipe around the water tank or the ventilation section. Replaced the water tank (10+ years old which has water leaking signs already) on the same day. Two technicians came to install it from 4pm-ish to 8pm-ish and did an excellent job. The gas smell went away in 1-1.5 days after the replacement. I am glad this is solved so quickly. Highly recommend!!!
