Visited this nail salon recently and was impressed by their cleanliness and attentive staff. They were meticulous with both their services and explaining their prices, which I appreciated. I forgot the lovely lady name who did my pedicure, might have been the owner but she did great to detail and providing me with a relaxing experience. Jenny did my manicure and that girl did not quit till she got it perfect !!! I love that, especially when you're paying for something to last! There was a miscommunication about one of the services I received. They had three employees get involved just to explain it to me. I felt like I was put on display. They were being really loud about it and making me uncomfortable. I ended up just paying so I wouldn't be embarrassed. The second issue was regarding Venmo. Recently they started accepting Venmo for payment but apparently they no longer are accepting Venmo. This wasn't communicated to me beforehand. The owner told me next time to check with him first. He was polite about it but after the other ordeal it just felt like a frustrating experience. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me afterwards to apologize for how it was handled. I really appreciate his professionalism and good customer service, which is what keeps me coming back. Review updated from 3 stars to 4.

They rush through services - my pedicure they didn't bother to remove dry skin, and my manicure chipped the next day. Don't help you at the end like putting Saran Wrap on or helping with pushing your pants back down from a pedicure. Every other place does these things. No longer returning there.

This was my third visit to this salon -- the first two were pleasant, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this time was a huge disappointment. I got a pedicure and paid in full, tipping Jackie 20%. Afterward, I noticed a few of my nails were cut crooked and most of the polish was bubbling. A little bubbling is whatever -- but crooked nails are not. My toenails grow out slowly, so this really matters. Jackie didn't even ask if I wanted them cut square or round, but I certainly wasn't looking for a trapezoid shape. I brought this up to one of the workers and asked what we could do other than redoing it immediately -- I was already late for work after spending almost an hour there. She just said, "Your nails look fine to me, what do you want me to do?" Then, "Okay, I'll file them, but your nails are short already." I get that English might not be their first language, but the attitude was rude and dismissive. I wasn't even demanding a fix on the spot -- I just asked if I could come back the next morning. She rolled her eyes but finally agreed. Later, I realized I didn't trust them to fix it without cutting my nails even shorter -- they were already so short the skin of my nail plate was exposed (see pic). So I called to ask for a partial refund instead. The manager got on the phone and threatened to call the cops and said she'd post my picture on their website. I told her, "Please, go ahead -- I paid in full and tipped 20%." Then she backtracked and said I could come back to get it fixed. But no. The very least they could have done was apologize -- which never happened. Things might have gone differently if they'd just said sorry and shown a little respect. This was hands down the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. Lesson learned -- I'll stick to the places I've trusted for years. If you're the manager reading this, at least give me my 20% tip back. I'm paying someone else to fix your mess and there's no fixing the way you threatened me. Call the cops if you want, I'd love to see how that goes.

They charge crazy high prices compared to every salon in the area, and for what??? There's nothing special about the products they use here. The service isn't terrible, but it's not outstanding either. I wasn't happy with my pedicure. The employee wasn't friendly and she did a messy job around the edges of my toenails. On the plus side, I really liked my gel manicure done by Grace. I requested a peach-theme. She was gentle and took her time. Regular Pedicure: $36 Gel Manicure: $46 Gel Manicure with designs: $56+ These prices are lowkey robbery. I can't justify paying this much when there's a million other salons that are nearly half the price and do just as good, if not better.

12/4/2021 called on the day of and said they had time for 2…read moremanicures. i wish they had said no from the beginning. when we got there, they were pretty packed and the techs didn't even get a lunch break bc they were so busy. we had to wait 15 minutes to get seated. my tech was in a rush to finish my nails bc there were customers walking in. my nails were very streaky and i wasn't able to fully dry my nails bc there was no space. so when i came out of the store, one of them smudged. i didnt want to go back in because it was already so packed. very disappointing experience regular manicure $30? + tip
