12/4/2021 called on the day of and said they had time for 2 manicures. i wish they had said no from the beginning. when we got there, they were pretty packed and the techs didn't even get a lunch break bc they were so busy. we had to wait 15 minutes to get seated. my tech was in a rush to finish my nails bc there were customers walking in. my nails were very streaky and i wasn't able to fully dry my nails bc there was no space. so when i came out of the store, one of them smudged. i didnt want to go back in because it was already so packed. very disappointing experience regular manicure $30? + tip read more

Absolutely amazing!!!!!! Honestly I never felt so good and satisfied about getting my nails done. The way she did them was amazing. I'm from out of town, and I always get my nails done size 12 or 13 but it's a new year, so I just decided to get them natural and short. I'm so lucky to find this nail shop. The hospitality was amazing I called short notice and she took me in. It was clean & cute and the ladies were so sweet.... I honestly wish I could take her back to my city .. If I can give this place no stars I will. Idk where to begin I made an appointment for eyelashes full new set and UV gel filling and the lady that did my feet didn't do much I mean she rushed the whole process lazy paint job. the nail color was expired got to my seat for the UV gel the lady was a rude Asian women. I chose the color white color gel and she painted it so bad that u see the brush marks. Very disappointed. Finished with that and did my eyelashes...oh boy I should of ended everything right there but I had a flight to catch the next morning. I had no choice did my eyelashes they looked and felt so bad the eyelash material was plastic really hurt my eyes and felt like it was so heavy. Never felt eyelashes like that. Very grateful to get everything in one place, and the staff was so nice, but I paid for gel nails and less than 24 hours later they are beyond chipped...the design is ruined! I was looking for a place to do my nails for an upcoming event and I happen to see them on Yelp. The staff were incredibly nice! They were so sweet and attentive throughout the whole process. I brought in a picture as an example and they did their best to replicate it. They blended the tips they added with my natural nails seamlessly!! Upon further inspection some of the nail shape seem to be a little wider than I'd like, but nonetheless everything looks beautiful!! I've been coming here for my eyelash extensions for nearly 3 years now with my girl Jeanie (who is now the new owner of what used to be diva lash and nails)! I will never ever change to anyone else. She is absolutely the best- I always feel so beautiful after my appointment, she's consistent, she's fast but never rushes and my eyelashes have stayed healthy because she has the skill and uses high quality glue and lashes. My loyalty to her is real, lol. There are two nail technicians there and they are amazing as well. They're both thorough and care highly about customer satisfaction.. they always make me feel comfortable and their gel manicures and pedicures are lovely. I have been to almost all nail salons in NJ and this a so far the best. I have oily nails and the gel nails does not stay on me. It will last me for 3 to 4 days and will literally rip off my nails. I started going to lulu lash and nail because I heard they had the sns powder. The powder has been lasting me for weeks and they have a wide variety of colors. The lady who does my nails is very layback and easy going and does a great job. The pedicure service is also great. I had my pedicure for almost a month now and still looks good. The lady who does the eyelashes is great with lots of years of experience. Great job with the lashes and very professional. I already introduced to my friends and they all love their service. This is my favorite nail salon in Fort Lee! I routinely get my gel manicure and pedicure here and my nails never chip. At other salons, my nails would still get chipped within 2 even if I got a gel manicure but here, they can last even up to 3 weeks! They've made the shape of nails improve immensely and I love the way that my natural nails look now. The workers here are all kind and considerate and I've never had a bad experience. I'm surprised this place doesn't have reviews on their nail service. I went today just because I've been kinda hoping around salons. The first thing that got my attention was how gentle the girl that did my pedi was so gentle when filing and pushing back and cutting cuticles. Some places they push it so rough... I just got a regular pedi but I was very satisfied with it. For mani I got gel and did ombré.. I think she's the owner and she was so nice. Even when pushing back my cuticles and taking my polish off she was so gentle.. other places again are rough and I've gotten cut and it kinda scared me that I always put full strength so I can pull back easily.. however this place she was so gentle. In addition she was so caring and she took her time when doing my nails. This was my first time and I will definitely be back. If you get gel mani and regular pedi on Wednesday it's 45 but I did ombré so it was 60 which I still felt was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning. Happy to find a closer place to home that I know will be gentle and caring and price is beyond reasonable. read more

The nail tech and the lady who did my pedicure were both really sweet. The color on my nails was cute,but she did a horrible paint job on my SNS nails. My nails had the brush lines and dents on them,even a stain on it too. They also felt really rough and weird,not how the usual SNS feels (soft and natural). Customer service was good read more
