She pushed back my cuticles gave cuticle oils , warm towel and light message on my hands ! I asked for square shape and to leave my pinkies coffin ! Overall happy the accept credit cards and have an ATM machine. As a millennial they don't do gel x nails or Apres! But they have hard gel (imbedded) gel they also have color gels as well . This was my third visit to this salon -- the first two were pleasant, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this time was a huge disappointment. I got a pedicure and paid in full, tipping Jackie 20%. Afterward, I noticed a few of my nails were cut crooked and most of the polish was bubbling. A little bubbling is whatever -- but crooked nails are not. My toenails grow out slowly, so this really matters. Jackie didn't even ask if I wanted them cut square or round, but I certainly wasn't looking for a trapezoid shape. I brought this up to one of the workers and asked what we could do other than redoing it immediately -- I was already late for work after spending almost an hour there. She just said, "Your nails look fine to me, what do you want me to do?" Then, "Okay, I'll file them, but your nails are short already." I get that English might not be their first language, but the attitude was rude and dismissive. I wasn't even demanding a fix on the spot -- I just asked if I could come back the next morning. She rolled her eyes but finally agreed. Later, I realized I didn't trust them to fix it without cutting my nails even shorter -- they were already so short the skin of my nail plate was exposed (see pic). So I called to ask for a partial refund instead. The manager got on the phone and threatened to call the cops and said she'd post my picture on their website. I told her, "Please, go ahead -- I paid in full and tipped 20%." Then she backtracked and said I could come back to get it fixed. But no. The very least they could have done was apologize -- which never happened. Things might have gone differently if they'd just said sorry and shown a little respect. This was hands down the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. Lesson learned -- I'll stick to the places I've trusted for years. If you're the manager reading this, at least give me my 20% tip back. I'm paying someone else to fix your mess and there's no fixing the way you threatened me. Call the cops if you want, I'd love to see how that goes.

I agree with all the other measures put in place but measures should be based on science, drying your nails on the dryer does not put you at any higher risk for covid than sitting in the salon chairs for your pedicure. Needless to say that even after waiting about twenty minutes and wrapping my feet in Sarran wrap, my nails still got smudged. I repeatedly asked her to remove the dirt, but she refused and told me to "do it yourself," handing me a manicure stick. I ended up sitting there cleaning my own nails for about five minutes, which was both uncomfortable and unacceptable for a paid service. When I brought this up to the owner, her response was dismissive. She said that "some people like to clean their own nails." I made it clear that I did not want to do that, but the manicurist had refused. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner told me to just pay $15 and that if I was unhappy, I didn't have to leave a tip. After being acustomer for so long, I was shocked by how poorly I was treated. This experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional from start to finish.
