Every question was met with attitude, and apparently actually looking at merchandise before buying it is strictly prohibited. When we asked if this specific nectar collector held water, she smirked and said "Um, no, I wouldn't do that," in a deceptive manner. Perhaps she simply lacks knowledge about the products you sell, but I was almost certain that it was specifically designed to hold water. The highlight of the experience was when my friend tried to get a better look at it by reaching out to touch it, and she literally smacked his hand away and yelled, "You can't touch the merchandise!" | honestly couldn't tell if we were shopping at a smoke shop or attempting a museum robbery.
