Travelled from CA. We stayed at the JW Marriott for the 2023 EOS Conference. This hotel seems VERY popular for conferences & events. The entire time we were there (5 days) there were large groups in and out for big nights. The conference was structured and laid out so well for a large group. It was a great venue to host! When we arrived the hotel lobby was packed, but the front desk was super friendly and efficient and handled the crowd with ease as they clearly are used to these big waves of groups checking in at once. There wasn't too much to do around us the weekend we went, so we were super happy with the High Velocity Sports Bar, Lobby Lounge with live music & apps, Starbucks & Italian restaurant. Super convenient. Only amenity missing: a pool! We've never stayed at a hotel without a pool, so we didn't even think to check if they had one. The bartenders, servers & hotel staff were friendly with every interaction we had. We checked out the surrounding areas a lot, this hotel is located in the heart of a lot of daytime things to do, but the city in general lacks nightlife excitement. Highly recommend the scooters! They were conveniently located right outside the hotel doors & we had a blast! Our room was great! We had a cool view of Downtown Indianapolis, the restrooms were clean & the size, layout, amenities & decor were perfect for a modern city stay. The housekeepers did a thorough job with cleaning, but they are consistent with their times, they came in around 9:30am each day, so we had to skip because CA time it's only 6:30am. Lol. Note: our room didn't have a microwave, so be aware when taking your food in to-go boxes! read more

This is the third time we have stayed here and the past 2 experiences were not so great. This last one we asked for a high floor and a corner room facing the park. When I tried to check in my room was not ready but it was facing the street. I asked if they had any park views available but was told no. I waited until til 4:30 for my room to be available even tho check in as at 4. At 4:30 I went to the front desk and explained that I need to get into my room because I had an event to be to shortly. Suddenly they found a park view room for me. After they "switched some things around. ". Why make me wait for it? The same thing happened the last time I stayed here. Clearly they are waiting to give the better rooms to more important clients. That kinda sucks. read more

Pretty nice hotel. I visited Indy for a conference and spent some time here. The cleanliness of this hotel is far better than any hotels I've been to. The booking for this hotel seems to be very inconsistent. Even though people booked months in advance, the rooms were not set up as promised. This hotel is also pretty pricey, but you do get a nice view of Indianapolis in your room. There is valet parking, plenty of ubers around for transportation. They have a pool and a fitness center on the 2nd floor. There are a couple of bars in the 1st floor. The concierge was pretty slow at relaying a message to room service when more blankets were needed. It took three phone calls, 2 hours to finally get what I asked for. read more

I was finally able to come up with a reason to stay at the JW for my daughters 9 am dance convention in the hotel. I technically live 30 minutes away but in dance you have to be there 2 hrs before the dance so we spent the night. The parking garage is right underneath the hotel but valet parking is right in front. Parking is $50 per night for self park. The check in was very seamless and our room was ready on a mid floor. The rooms are well decorated and have excellent beds. Also they had very good soap and shampoo here. I was able to use the executive lounge that evening as I am a member of Marriott's frequent customer program. The lounge was great and very large. I had a few complimentary sodas and some snacks before returning to the room. I slept great and it was very quiet. We woke up to a great view of the city and went and had breakfast in the lounge. Finally I went down to the ballroom to see my daughter dance at 9 am and then we had to check out as she had to get to school as i was Friday. I am sure you would enjoy your stay here at the JW. It is in a great location with direct walkway access to the convention center and has plenty of amenities read more

I absolutely love this JW and will not hesitate to stay here again. We were fortunate enough to get a night away in town for an event, and when We arrived we were greeted with smiling faces and impeccable service. At check in, we were given a room on the Executive level which granted us access to the lounge which had treats, drinks, food, you name it available to us with a swipe of the key. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. I loved the fact that it was easy to get around, and not crowded. This hotel is still fairly new and that's what I love about it - modern upgrades and fancy accoutrements. I'll definitely stay here again if I have to stay in town. read more

In June 2021, I contacted JW Marriott and spoke with WHITNEY about a July reservation for my and my wife's 43rd wedding anniversary. I was so pleased that I arranged our reservation through WHITNEY, as she was wonderful to speak with, and she did an amazing job in getting us the reservation deserving of a 43rd anniversary. Thank you, WHITNEY. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening of July 8, 2021, it was EVAN who checked us in. As we were being checked in, I happened to mention to EVAN how wonderful WHITNEY was in working on our reservation, and mentioned that she was able to provide us with a corner room on the 24th floor in honor of our anniversary. When EVAN heard this, he took the supplied key cards back from me, and then provided me with new key cards and told me he upgraded us to the top floor (33rd floor) with a corner room. What an unexpected surprise! I could have hugged him, when he told me this! Both my wife and I were absolutely delighted and pleased -- we all had big smiles. (I think I had a tear in my eye.) When we checked-out, it was REED who assisted us. I told him about WHITNEY and EVAN, and how thrilled my wife and I were to be able to spend a part of our 43rd wedding anniversary at JW Marriott. Reed was just as genuinely service-oriented, pleasant, and professional as was WHITNEY and EVAN. I cannot begin to emphasize how wonderful our experience was in working with the staff at JW Marriott! This hotel is the best I have stayed at in downtown Indy. Complete with every amenity you would want in a hotel (except a spa). My husband and I recently stayed here during our anniversary weekend. We were in town to hang with family and wanted to make it as special as we could since we were there. The hotel staff nailed it. The concierge, Michael, went out of his way to help us celebrate. The bath products smell so good. They remind me of aveda...smells of essential oils and clean feeling. Check out their brunch buffet if you are hungry and don't want to venture outside of the hotel. It's a bit steep but has options for everyone. My best piece of advice is: do NOT park in their lot or valet. Walk about a block away and park for $25 instead of $40! read more

They have a sports restaurant that's conveniently located in the lobby and opens up to the downtown strip! The room was luxurious and spacious. They have a convenience shop with great selections. **This review is following an event at the JW - - not an overnight stay. Space: Beautiful! Great views of Victory Field, Lucas Oil Stadium - I'm certain the rooms towering over Downtown have excellent views as well...I'm a sucker for a view. The event I was attending had an estimated 300-400 attendees. We started the evening out with a silent auction in the hallway of the third floor before entering into the ballroom for dinner and dancing. JW's staff was very friendly and kept the room swirling with wine and hors d' oeuvres. I can't speak for the appetizers because the only one I came into contact had salmon (seafood allergy=boo). However it looked appetizing = smoked salmon wrapped around a sprig of asparagus and (cream cheese?). The ballroom area was very sexy - purple/blue lights, a perfect-sized dance floor and intimate round tables centered with a large votive candle tower. I give the atmosphere a strong 4 stars. The service 5. The food: 3. I can only imagine how much was being paid per plate for this meal, so I was a tad surprised that the meal was dry stuffed chicken on-bone, a carrot with a few green beans and sorbet rimmed with chocolate and rainbow sprinkles (interesting choice?). The highlight of the meal would have to be the salad with nuts, bleu cheese and endives. I was still hungry after the meal. I know I have a reputation for putting it down, so I was reassured when my tablemates were also still hungry after dessert. read more

The staff at JW Marriott is a well oiled machine of professionals who keep their cool and follow up to ensure all flows smoothly for those planning events and meetings. Each of the staff members I interacted with provided VIP service and made our 3 day stay flow seamlessly. The views from the upper levels are breathtaking, whether overlooking Indianapolis Indians' Victory Field or The White River Canal. The luxury bedding made me want to hit snooze forever! I must admit that getting around from conference rooms and levels can be somewhat confusing, but the signage provided by the event staff generally gets you where you need to go. If there's one area that my guests commented on most, it was the catering menus, which were clearly prepared differently than our last meeting at the JW. Perhaps there was a new chef, but they weren't at all impressed with the options provided, outside of the fresh seafood bar that I ordered for our reception. After (several) long days in a conference room, I certainly appreciated the Concierge lounge at the end of the day for pick me up snacks and adult beverages. The JW has to be one of the prettiest buildings in downtown Indianapolis. Sleek and shiny, this hotel was built for the 2012 Super Bowl and boasts just over 1,000 rooms. Did ya happen to catch the neat wrap in May to promote the 100th running of the Indy 500? I stepped inside the JW for the first time this week to attend the PRSA International Conference. I was astounded at the size of the conference spaces, which span three levels and includes a Starbucks. However, the layout is not super intuitive and even with a map, I had to ask for directions. For example, the first floor of the conference space is not accessible via the first floor hotel lobby; you have to go up to second floor, over and down on an escalator. It is well-equipped to host large meetings and conferences. However, the Starbucks could use some speedier staff to keep the line moving... There aren't very many dining options within quick walking distance of the JW (particularly for breakfast) but High Velocity on the first floor is okay; I've heard better things about Osteria Pronto. *Note that parking costs an arm and a leg - it's about $40 for a full day in the JW garage, but that's the same as the White River garage across the street. Pick your poison, I suppose. read more

Stayed at the JW 4 nights for a conference at the convention center and it was a great choice. Several of the hotels in downtown Indy are connected to the conference center via sky walk, which is amazing for So Cal natives, like myself and colleagues, in the wintertime. The one drawback was that our conference was on the other side of the very large center so the walk to and from the hotel was over half a mile. It was difficult to get back and forth in less than 20 minutes (especially since there was another large conference occurring on the side closest to the JW and it was crowded). The second floor of the hotel sees more traffic as that is where you catch the sky walk, grab coffee at Starbucks, workout in the fitness center, get ice from the ice machine (they also have a microwave if you need to reheat leftovers near the ice machine but not in the rooms), or go to the FedEx store to pick up boxes or run copies. The staff was friendly and the fitness center is incredible. Plenty of cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights and space for stretching or ab work. They even added new bikes during our stay that are like playing a video game while you pedal. Generous amounts of towels are available all over the center as are water and apples if you need a snack afterwards. I wish I would have brought my bathing suit to enjoy the beautiful pool and spa area. I had a car for one day but did not want to pay the steep $50/day price to park. Instead, I was able to find meter parking a short walk away (free after 9pm and on Sundays or holidays) and pay via phone (super convenient if you download the app) to keep that spot for a few hours after the pricing went back into effect at 7AM. As long as you don't mind the walk and don't have a car, it is a great option for a convention hotel. read more

My wife and I stayed one night at the Indianapolis JW Marriott this weekend. What a beautiful hotel. Checked in @ 2:30 yesterday. We were greeted and shown to the front desk to check in. I was thanked for being an elite member and choosing Marriott for over 20 years. I had request an upgrade but there were a number of events so, sadly we didn't receive the upgrade. However the room on the 33rd floor was spacious with a large TV. The king bed was comfortable, as I expect with Marriott properties. The bathroom is large with a huge shower that had 3 spray heads. Plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. The executive lounge was close, but we received a breakfast voucher good for 2 guests. They breakfast buffet was open and had a nice selection. They have two Presidential Suites. One is for hearing impaired guests which I thought was a wonderful addition. It shows they care about every need of their guests. The only con was that there was a constant buzzing in our room and the hallway. I informed Evan at the front desk the next morning and he had engineering come right up. It was explained that on the 34th floor is a transformer room. I feel something should be done or don't put guests on the 33rd floor. We were able to sleep through it, but it was annoying. Some observations: The greeting on the TV had the wrong name (Ryan G.). I thought that was humorous. When will Marriott get better in room coffee? I often have to double up the filter bags to get strong coffee. All in all a nice stay and appreciate the quick service from Evan. read more

Normally a JW gets an automatic five stars from me but I had a couple of issues during this visit that keeps me from hitting that fifth star. JW Marriott is always the epitome of personalize service and close attention to detail. This building is absolutely exquisite both inside and outside and provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect to visit the Indiana Convention Center, a multitude of downtown restaurants and gorgeous sights. My two hiccups were: I requested maintenance with minutes of checking in for a faulty electrical plug. It took two more repeated visits to the front desk to get this resolved on my last night in the hotel. My room service order was lackluster. The sourdough bread on the sandwich was stale and the fries were stone cold. The hotel did make an adjustment on my ticket, but I was surprised at the quality of the food that evening. Please just consider these were simply slight problems. I will continue to always love this location and any JW, for that matter. read more

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been happy until this stay. I have to call two times to update my reservation and it was still incorrect upon check in and then to make matters worse I paid a crazy amount of money to stay here and my room didn't have a mini-fridge. When I called to ask about it, I was told you need to request one. I could stay at a Hampton Inn and get a mini fridge. So much for being a loyal Marriott bon boy member. read more

HOLY TOLEDO talk about a nightmare of an experience. the synopsis - just stay at le meridien and save yourself the trouble. Everything is extremely outdated and worn. The sheets are ripped, and the fold out bed that we were provided almost collapsed on our feet. As a Marriott Elite member, i was given an "upgrade". The upgrade moved me to a conference room!! the room didn't come with a proper bed (only a fold out) no closet there is a consistent sound of laundry coming through our vents that sounds like "BOOM BOOM BOOM" no flexibility to put us in a normal room or any real kindness from the staff towards the situation. Instead of helping remedy the situation they wanted argue with us about the size of the fold out bed. Doesn't seem that an Elite member should be treated as such but hey that's just me. Anyway, we'll be taking our money back and going elsewhere every single time. read more

I've been here for conventions, volunteer events and for a stay-cation with old Marriott points (excellent rewards system- look it up) and I've been wowed every time. It's fun for conventions, as it has views of Victory Field and Lucas Oil (and I love when people from out of town get to take advantage of that!). Every event I've attended here has always run smoothly and without confusion. The hotel feels luxurious and I've been well taken care of each time. The rooms are comfy and I've never had a problem with it being too noisy, despite all the events they host. The parking can be quite expensive, so be aware of that beforehand. I was so expecting to be WOWED as well as WOW my husband for his birthday weekend by staying at the JW Marriott downtown. Instead, I was so disappointed. From the start, I set the reservation in advance and let them know ahead of time my plans for the weekend as well as room expectations. My plan was to have some amenities such as a bottle of wine and fruit already in the room upon arrival. The check-in process went great! The guest services rep was very courteous and got us checked-in timely. We go up to our room and...nothing! They dropped the ball with the amenities but to make matters worse, although the room had a gorgeous view, the room was partially cleaned. Not at all what I expected for the JW Marriott! There was even a water bottle that was half empty sitting on the tray that someone had be drinking on, hair in the bathroom sink etc. I immediately called down to guest services and let them know the problem and my disappointment. A supervisor said she was going to call me back but I never heard back from her. Instead we got a knock on the door for them to assist us to another room. Which brings me to disappointment # 2! We get in the new room, still a very gorgeous view and as we start to get settled and relax, we hear all this banging and noise coming from everywhere! So far, I'm not a happy camper and pretty much ready to pack up and go back home. This time I call down and ask for a manager and I tell him exactly that and how disappointed I was so far...he said they were doing construction right above us and they should have told us that. He offered to give us dinner at OP Italian and access to the executive lounge for all the trouble. Ok, that sounds fair...So we pack up again to go to another room...3rd time is a charm right? Well...I'll get to that. lol So we go to the new room still a very nice view and now we are on the 33rd floor. By this time its almost time for dinner so we go to the Executive lounge for a minute to have a cocktail and then headed down to dinner at OP Italian. Now when I say OP Italian really took care of us...OMG! The service, the food and drinks were all awesome! The manager came to our table to see how how our dinner was going and I told him it was absolutely fabulous. I told him how our day started but they (JW) made up for it with the fabulous dinner. While in conversation he recognized me from a previous Yelp event. He invited us to come the next morning for brunch and even made the reservation for us. Now this was the highlight of my husband's birthday and the best part of the evening for us. I'll review OP Italian in a separate review because they definitely deserve 5 stars!!! Now back to the JW Marriott, after dinner we go back to our room and this is where disappointment #3 comes in...lol. At this point it's becoming comical. The room is freezing!!! We tried everything...we tried to turn the thermostat up...we made sure it was on heat...still nothing. So again, I call down to guest services. They sent maintenance up to fix the heat. After a while, they finally got it working and we were good. Next morning we get up, get dressed for church and go down for Brunch at OP Italian...and again, OMG!!! We were WOWED!!! Again, I'll review them separately. After we are done with brunch we head back up to our room to get our bags and get checked out. We get on the elevator and this is the icing on the cake!!! We press the button after inserting our key to go to the 33rd floor and the elevator jerks and stops at the 3rd floor but nothing happens...I start pushing buttons like what is happening. First I call the JW from my cell phone telling them I thought we were stuck. They said they would send someone...but then I started to panic a little because they weren't coming fast enough. I was pushing the alarm...then I saw a help button. I pushed that, the phone rang in the elevator and the nicest lady came on to help keep us calm. I think her name was Becky. She let us know that the Fire Department was on their way and would be working to get us out momentarily. She kept in constant contact with us...she also kept saying she had water for us but that made me laugh cause I was like if you can get me water, you can get me out of here right?! lol Finally the Fire Department came to our rescue and they were able to pry the doors open and hold them but we had to jump because we were in between floors. Kudos to the Fire Department for all of their help!!! What a crazy weekend...at this point that's all I can say. read more

the absolute most disgusting marriott i've ever stayed at. All i wanted to do was shower when i got off the plane and i was welcomed with hairs in every corner of the shower. i asked for my room to be re-cleaned when i checked in at 5:30pm letting them know about the hairs, walk back into my room at 11pm and my bathroom was cleaned again EXCEPT for the shower i specifically requested to be cleaned. Overall a terrible experience. From double charging my father for a room to losing an item purchased in a charity event, the JW Marriott should be ashamed of their service. The customer service was also shockingly bad. I purchased an item in a charity event hosted at the hotel, gave it to the front desk to be delivered to my dad's room, and was assured it would be sent up just for it to be delivered to the wrong room. Apparently, it is "against policy" for them to contact the guest they incorrectly gave the item to and could only refund my dad for his room (which they double charged him for and took 3 weeks to correct anyway). I was showing up in person and calling for over a week (nobody would call me back even though they said they would after giving my contact information over) before receiving any information on what was happening. Thank you to the JW Marriott for costing me money and doing little to nothing to try and retrieve my item that THEY misplaced. Keep it up, you guys are killing it. read more

Pros: -The hotel is in an excellent location. It is within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and activities. -The hotel is well maintained and is on the newer side. It is only ~3 years old. - The concierge lounge is open every day serving breakfast, h'orderves , and sweets Cons: -The pool is on the small side. The photo makes it look much larger than it actually is. -JW classification- as a person who travels and stays on average 160+ nights a year in a hotel, 120+ in Marriott's in a variation of their different brands, I feel that it would fit better into the Marriott Hotel flagship brand. read more

Honestly, just save your money. My husband and I stayed here after our wedding since we couldn't go on a true honeymoon (thanks COVID). We requested a late check in on our reservation, 20th floor and up , king bed (made on the hotels website not a 3rd party). Arrive at about 9:30 pm, only to be told we're on the 7th floor with 2 queen beds. Had we not noticed the mistake in the room, we would have been charged more as the hotel didn't say anything, just handed us our key. They removed $30 from the room, which was then bumped to $50 after I told the desk it was our wedding night. They also don't have any room service (or signage about this). We were told the room issue was because the website oversells sometimes. We didn't receive any notification that we had a room issue. Not to mention, the breakfast buffets is $23 a person, I don't recall seeing any signs with the price of this. I don't typically leave reviews but this left me pretty disappointed. However, I will say the room was clean. read more

Stayed here a handful of times.. you know what you're getting. You get a good location, clean room, beautiful hotel and good service. This hotel is huge... I'd guess one of the larger in downtown Indy. Kind of at a loss.. its a good spot to stay. Valet parking is about $50 a day. read more

They gave away our confirmed room ON OUR WEDDING NIGHT! My now-husband booked the room through their website, and paid in advance, with a confirmed king corner suite on the 20th floor or higher. He noted we would be checking in late after our reception and that it was indeed our wedding night. After we checked in, we went to the 14th floor and discovered they had swapped our "guaranteed" room for a double room with two queen beds. Romantic. We called the front desk who put us on hold for 20 minutes before finally telling us there were no more king rooms, but they would deduct $100 from our stay. Had we not complained they would have been happy to let us pay the higher rate for the lesser room. We told them that was not good enough. We ended up leaving the JW without staying and had to make our own reservation at a different hotel after midnight. JW did at least pay for a cab to get us over there, but the resolution of this matter has been laughable. We were offered "points" to make up for it. Points. A wedding night is once in a lifetime for most people and the JW ruined it. Most hotels go out of their way to pamper guests celebrating something so momentous, but not the JW - it was more of a nightmare. We have called corporate, stopped at the hotel, and no one seems to be able to resolve this. I even called and was told a manager would call me back...crickets. I have given them two weeks to make this right before going public, but so far they have dragged their heels. read more

This is my first time here and... wow. Love love love. I had issues with another Marriott nearby that I won't go into on this review. So I needed a room in a pinch. Made the reservation online and walked in 10 minutes later. The lady at the front desk made me feel very welcome. She was helpful and informative. She offered to help with our luggage and let us know we could call down at any time if we needed anything. The room is lovely on the 25 floor. Great view of the city. The room was clean and set up nicely. The decor is cool and modern. They have ice delivery available. They were kind and prompt. I'll definitely be staying here in the future read more

I was here at the Marriott in August while attending a conference sponsored by the Indianapolis Business Journal, so I didn't stay in the hotel portion of the facility, but I did get to enjoy the business conference areas. Overall, it was a great experience, and the facility had all the things you'd expect from a high-end business hotel and conference center. Do not let the valet or worse yourself park in the public parking garage they utilize. It has no security, no cameras and zero accountability. The Marriott will not support you when problems occur like the robbery from our vehicle in November 2021. It borders on criminal. read more

This was my first time staying at a JW Marriott, and my first trip to Indy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and have iHome radios, which you can connect to your phone via Bluetooth, and charge them via a lightning dock. What a useful way to charge my phone overnight! JW provides complimentary water bottles, and a laptop-sized safe in one of the dresser drawers. They have a large flatscreen TV, and very comfortable pillows and beds. I had complimentary WiFi in my room as a conference attendee, and it was one of the fastest I've experienced in a hotel. My room was on the 21st floor, and I couldn't hear any noise from the rooms next to me, other than through the small vent in the shower. It actually sounded like the noise came from another floor! Speaking of the shower, I was a bit disappointed with the water flow. It didn't feel strong enough to easily rinse my hair, despite being able to adjust the flow from spray to stream. Downtown shopping and dining are easily accessible from the JW via the skywalk. Definitely head over towards Circle Center Mall for some shopping and a nearby bite to eat! My one wish was that they would have the mobile key feature, where you can access your room via the app. Some Marriotts have this, but not this one. If you are attending a conference there, I'd definitely recommend bringing a warm sweater. All of the rooms were absolutely freezing. Stayed here while my husband had a work conference. It was a really nice hotel and had very clean.

After reading the other reviews, I feel as if I'm staying at another hotel entirely. Perhaps it's because I recently fell from Platinum to Gold Marriott status, but I'm receiving Fairfield-level service for JW Marriott prices. I'm on the final night of a cash plus points stay for a conference at another hotel, and I have to say that I'm disappointed. The room is dated. The carpet is stained, and the desk chair is frayed. Cleaning has been OK. Food is OK. But the very worst is the embarrassment of having to call daily to receive something that's on my Marriott Rewards, I mean "Bonvoy" account: an extra towel set. I have a medical condition where the towels help me keep myself and the room extra clean, because another medical condition limits how much I can carry. Staff are indifferent even when tipped (I always leave tips for the housekeepers and anyone who comes up). This afternoon, I was in pain, and now cannot lie down, since the towel I'd placed under the covers this morning was removed. I don't want to stain the sheets. :( Now I'm waiting for someone to come up, for another tip (I left a tip for the housekeeper before going to my conference this morning). Staff is barely civil no matter how friendly I am. I guess I'm not rich or influential enough for that! But what gets to me is that this request is always accommodated at the supposedly less prestigious brands, from TownePlace Suites to Fairfield. It's only been here that it's an issue. So now I'm stressed and embarrassed on top of being ill. This wasn't worth the points loss or the paid nights. I should have stayed at the (cheaper) conference hotel. Disappointed. Not recommended if you're disabled or dealing with chronic illness. This is not what I call "luxury." read more

This is a very nice hotel, with excellent rooms, a fantastic Marriott club, and convenient proximity to the conference center and other downtown locations. The only downside is the elevators. On several floors of this hotel, the buttons to call an elevator do not work, so you have to wait until somebody else asks to get off the elevator on your floor, and then jump on whatever is available. Likewise, only two of the six elevators for the lower floors were operational. Many attendees ended up, having to take the stairs to, and from their rooms, some of which were as high as 22 floors up. I would definitely not recommend this hotel if you are booking for an event. read more

Been here twice. Never a disappointment. Staff is always friendly. It was slow when I checked in. I was able to experience the Executive Lounge this time. The breakfast spread, complimentary, was good. A lot of variety. Plus they have an appetizer and dessert hour. read more
