They never peel or break off except 1 time and it was my own fault! Traci and LiLi are absolute angels and amazing nail artists! Every time I came in they were so kind, welcoming, and always paid great attention to my nails! I always used to feel insecure about my hands but these two ladies helped me grow confidence in showing them off! They take walk-ins and depending on how busy they are you get seen pretty quickly! There are only about 3-4 ladies working the salon and Traci's son is almost always there to help too, he's very sweet as well! I will miss coming here, they truly deserve the praise!

Came in for an acrylic fill on a weekday afternoon. Only two employees working, one explained that…read moreher appointment didn't show so she could take me. As soon as she started, the appointment arrived. Tech told her to return in thirty minutes. She layered the acrylic on quite thick. It looked like a turtle shell shape. I asked her to thin and shape it and she replied, "Next time tell the person that you want it thin at the beginning." That is not something one should have to request. It is part of getting acrylic nails. She begins filing it and shaping it and I realize she didn't do it correctly because she is rushing. For polish, I asked for French with a vee shape. Then, the appointment person came back in and the tech started rushing more. She did every nail on the first hand so crooked it looked asymmetrical. I pointed it out and she took it off and started again. Then the white polish was streaky with some areas not painted at all. Asked her to fix it. Then the edges weren't painted at all. She took a brush and painted the edges quickly, getting polish on my fingers. At that point I was just ready to go because clearly she was in a rush. It was not worth the cost and as a paying customer I've never had to ask a nail tech to do the job properly. View the photos and judge for yourself. I am NOT going back.

Her vibe was immaculate- so kind and a great conversationalist. She really listened to what I wanted out of the cut and she nailed it. She also showed me some products to consider to avoid postpartum hair loss this time around that I was still dealing with from my last baby, but was not pushy AT ALL. I haven't felt this good about a haircut in years.

The ladies are super friendly and very nice to talk to! I have personally been seeing April since I was a kid and she NEVER fails to disappoint! And believe me, I've asked for a lot of crazy styles over the years and she's stuck with me through it all! Just like all of the ladies, I find that she is extremely honest and will tell me her opinion on what she thinks will look good or how to mix it up a bit. Unfortunately on the day of my appointment I got tied up at work, and was over a half hour late. I called before my appointment time to see if I could reschedule and was told they'd work me in. And they sure did! I felt so guilty but they were more than accommodating. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and Kaci did a great job with my hair for a price that made me much more likely to come back in the recommended span of time (I er, let it go too long sometimes because I don't want to pay an arm and a leg just for a cut!).
