When I went to pick it up, I showed her the receipt where I had purchased the chain there. She was not happy. I take all my watches there for battery replacement, Seiko takes FOREVER it seems but it's not the store, it's Seiko/parts/shipping, etc so I can't fault them for that. AND I'd rather it be done right than have to come back for faulty workmanship. Seiko has to do the testing on the water tight seal which is why it's a little more expensive and time consuming, but no point in having a diving watch that's not truly sealed. Overall a good store, great products and always fair pricing. Very competitive even w/ department stores and the sales they usually have running. We contacted Oksana at Geiss to see if a repair was possible given the uniqueness of the stone and how far we now live from Greenville. Oksana was amazing.
