Expensive. Poor service. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING OF VALUE HERE! Brought a designer cotton twill jacket here to be cleaned, was charged double what I could have had it cleaned for uptown but it was convenient. The jacket came back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. The buttons have a dirty residue around them and the whole garment has a sticky feel to it. I pointed this out to the man at the counter after he tried to shoo me out the door. He was dismissive at first and then defensive. I tried to ask what the residue could be so my normal dry cleaner could fix but no luck I should have waited and went to a more reputable dry cleaner. Live and learn! read more

Tried this place out for the first time and it was a complete disaster in every way. First off- the main guy who you have to deal with is RUDE as all hell and pretty much yelling at you the entire time! I was trying to explain what exactly I wanted done and he kept rushing me. Okay man, sorry for trying to spend money here? Second-while they do free drop off service when you live in the area, I found a lot of my clothes came back either straight up MISSING (delivered a couple days later) or clearly done in a careless way (little tears, rough handling of suits). Whatever, this is all stuff to be assumed for a "cheap" dry cleaner but... LAST AND WORST OF ALL- THEY COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY SUIT PANTS! I was all the way at work when I realized that the bottom of my expensive pair of trousers was completely TORN WIDER THAN MY FIST. Again, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and simply ask for a refund but the guys there straight up DENIED ruining my suit, stated I DROPPED IT OFF THAT WAY, and pretty much LAUGHED in my face saying things like, "What do you think, I put them on?!" Unbelievable! On a last ditch effort to not give me a refund they said they would "take care of it" and put a patch. When I finally got my GREY suit pants back, they were kind enough to put a DARK BROWN patch over the hole they created. There are MUCH better options in the area for dry cleaning. I had an unfortunate experience where they lost my clothing after delivering to the address on record when they were told the cloths would be picked up. I waited there for a long time and they did not know what happened. Eventually they realized they delivered it to the address on file when I expressly requested I pick it up at the dry cleaners. They also broke several buttons in the process of dry cleaning. I was told that I would receive a call the next day from the manager regarding a refund - no call. Customer service: 0 stars The guy who takes the orders is perpetually rude. Simply not nice to people. Literally every other part of the blazer looks great except for the area I pointed out. They didn't seem to touch it. Other stuff has been fine. They are organic, which is important to me. I googled 5 organic dry cleaners in the area and found that the price for a piece like that (and much heavier stuff) starts at $9.50 and caps at $15. What's with doubling the price, JYA? I can deal with rudeness if the both the price and the quality of work are great. But rude customer service, mediocre work, and over priced? No thanks! Recommendation to customers: Go somewhere else where they appreciate your business or at the very least, earn it. It's smelly, sometimes clothes come back smelling either like other people's dirty clothes or like really harsh chemicals. Never again!!! I got ripped off. Was charged $6 each to dry clean shirts not the $2.25 listed price. When I question the price I was told that they were hand washed and pressed because if they used the pressing machine the buttons would break.
