Amazing Service! Availed multiple services- Highlighting hair, Facial and Threading. Sadaf is a wonderful hair stylist and dresser. Have used her services multiple times for hair cutting , styling , highlighting. She is great, pays great attention to detail and cares for hair dearly. Have also done facial several times and have had wonderful experience. Naina is great and always cares much about how she performs the service. Have tried Shehnaz facials and they work great on my skin. Extremely happy with Naina's service. In addition, Jyoti is great and she takes cate of all her customers really well! jyoti salon service are outstanding. threading service are reasonable charged eyebrow is 9 dollars .they have very reasonable prices for waxing to full arms full legs under arms is only 50 dollars very low prices compared to other salon in the bay area . they located near downtown so it easy for me to come in during my lunch break . service is super super fast so you are in and out eyebrows 3 minute waxing was like 35 min for full arms and full leg waxing plus point the waxing services was plain free. i look forward to try there facial service since while i was waiting there was women complementing the salon owner about the awesome facial service she received so loudly that every one where looking how happy see was with the service read more

Jyoti is really good at her work. I am very particular about the shape of my eyebrows and feel safe getting them threaded by Jyoti. She does an amazing job with waxing also. She takes special care while waxing as I can't handle high wax heat, she makes sure the wax temperature suits me well. She is very friendly and fell good to be with. I also get my Face cleanup done by her. It is very relaxing and relives stress, thereby cleaning the dead skin and ingrowns; brings up the perfect shine my face needs. High5 to her on that!! Previously I had to drive miles to just get threading done, but then I found this beautiful place in Sunnyvale downtown and they offer so much of services here from hair cut to facial and what not. All the hard working ladies that work here are so customer friendly and do their best to offer the best service . Some of the services that I have tried here are shehnaz gold facial, Threading, waxing and hair spa. Their service is great and very friendly staff. Rates here are very reasonable and sometimes if you arrive here in holiday season then they offer some great deals as well. I would highly recommend this place located in Sunnyvale downtown. I am always so scared to trust anyone with my eyebrows because of previous disasters, but this place is the holy grail of eyebrow threadings!! If you're looking for someone to fix your eyebrows, it's her. She knows what she's doing. I came in with very unequal eyebrows (naturally as well as done badly by others who couldn't figure out how to equal out my brows), and left with literally the best brows I've ever had! She gave me the curved arches I wanted as well, everyone I go to always makes them angular and straight. Jyoti is absolutely fantastic. I've been coming to her for a while now and she is very consistent. For eyebrows, she listens to how you want them and does them exactly how you ask. Everyone at the salon is very friendly, and they give you exactly what you wanted. I have never had a bad experience here or had to wait over 10 minutes on a walk in, even when busy. I had a loyalty card that was one stamp away from earning a free eyebrow threading. During one of my visits, I asked for my stamp and was told by the gentleman working there that they no longer used the physical stamps and had moved everything into their system. He told me that all I would need to do for future visits was provide my phone number. He specifically asked me for my loyalty card, and I handed it to him because I trusted that he was transferring my existing stamps into their system. When I returned for another eyebrow threading and provided my phone number, there was no record of my previous stamps. I was then told that they had no proof of the stamps and could only give me the one stamp for that current visit. What really disappointed me was that I had physically handed my loyalty card to an employee after being told that my stamps would be entered into the system. If I had known my previous stamps would not be honored, I obviously would have kept the card as proof. At this point, it's not about the free eyebrow threading itself. It's about being given specific information by an employee, trusting what I was told, and then being left with no way to recover the loyalty stamps I had earned. I feel that my card and loyalty should have been respected, especially since I was a returning customer. Unfortunately, because of this experience and the way the situation was handled, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I hope the business takes this as an opportunity to make sure employees are properly communicating changes to the loyalty program and that customers' previously earned rewards are honored.
