Carsmart - 2010 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor

Checked out their listings and saw a super clean Vic with relatively low miles and low idle hours. Went to the dealership and met Antonio, who let me test drive it and I instantly fell in love. It was my first time financing a vehicle and Antonio helped me out and was able to get a loan through my credit union. Was super easy and quick. Would definitely recommend CarSmart and Antonio for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Wow......what canI say about this dealership. Excellent? Fantastic? How about all of the above. So,…read moreI'll just be honest here. I went in with bad credit hoping that this dealership would finance me a p71 crown victoria. I didn't have high hopes because of my credit situation but, I still gave it a shit anyways. I didn't beat around the bush and neither did they. It took about 3 days in order to try to get a deal worked out for me and they went to every avenue and every corner to try to make this happen for me which let's be honest, a lot of places would have given up on me a long time ago. I get it, an old cop car through most banks would not qualify for financing BUT, it's the car that I wanted. Antonio brought me in sat me and my wife down and laid it all out on the table with nothing to hide and I not only appreciate that but, I respect that as well. That has to be the absolute fastest I've EVER gotten a car from any dealership ever! There were no hidden fees, no bs and no drama. I am beyond Appreciative for Antonio taking the time explain everything to me and my wife and for having the patience to deal with us. If you want not only a beautiful looking p71 BUT, an extremely dependable one and well that hasn't been beat to hell, this is definitely the place to go. I stand on that!

My ex wife and I were looking for a good reliable vehicle for her to get around in while her other…read morevehicle was being fixed. It was going to be an extended repair so the vehicle had to be had for a good price. We found Car EZ motors through car gurus search. A pristine Mazda 3 popped up with good mileage and an even better price. We showed up unannounced wanting to take a look at the vehicle. The pictures did it no justice. When we saw the vehicle in person we were in awe because of how much better it looked compared to the pictures taken. Mind you this was the 5th dealership we had been to that day. All other vehicles in this price range were rolling garbage. My role was to make sure the vehicle was sound and had no mechanical issues. I brought with me my extensive knowledge in vehicles along with my personal scantool that I always use in every vehicle I own. After the walk around (the 5th of the day) I checked the oil, and pulled out my scan tool to check the codes. Eureka! No codes. .... Great price, looked good, no codes.. there has ti be a catch right? No catch what so ever. Joe was the nicest sales person I ever had to deal with. He made sure he checked all the boxes with customer service. He was kind, caring, polite and I felt went above in his assistance towards us fulfilling all of our needs. It had to be less than 30 minutes from when we arrived... checked the vehicle... test drive the vehicle... filled out the paperwork and drove off of the lot. It was the easiest process purchasing a vehicle in my short 38 years of life. Thank you Joe for your assistance. If I ever need to purchase a car in the future I will not hesitate to come to you.

The timing chain broke, the motor irreparable. A 3rd party repair shop determined that the motor showed recent repairs to the valves and pistons. When I contacted Joe at Car EZ there was no recourse. No warranty, no compensation, no offer to incur any expenses to bring the car to his shop to evaluate. He did gesture a break on labor for repairs. After discovering that the motor had been damaged and repaired and being told that the original motor was intact I decided to forgo any further dealings with Car EZ... I can't help but to feel cheated and taken advantage of. I am left with a $3500 debt to replace the motor with no financial reimbursement from Car EZ Motor. Stay clear, or get burned.

Skyline Auto Group - Leaking brake fluid on Genesis

Bought a Genesis coupe 1 year ago from them. Went to…read moreinspect it and everything seemed fine. Did notice the wheel locks on the vehicle and I was told the lock was inside the car. Decided to buy the car the next day and did mention the lock again to Jawad , the person who attended me. I was assured that the lock was inside the vehicle. It's my part my fault for trusting them with it and not looking myself but there was in fact no lock. Had to pay to get them removed which was the first issue. $50+ per tire so total of 200$ to get em removed. 2 days later after having the car parked , I was going to take it out to use and noticed the brakes were not grabbing like the first day I bought it. Checked the brake level and it for some reason was not existent. There was none in the reservoir. Filled it up again and almost had a close call later that day. Checked again and all the liquid was gone in the matter of 2-3 hours of it parked. A vehicle with less than 20 miles of being bought had brake issues already ??? Had it checked out and the reservoir was leaking all the oil out. The reservoir was not original which means it was replaced before and they didn't install it correctly. They assured me as well that their in home mechanic checks every vehicle to make sure they are in working order. My life could have been ended due to a fault vehicle bought from their dealership. $300+ for that job... The wheel lock was not much of an issue but brakes .... Total paid in the first 3 days of owning the vehicle was $500+ dollars for stuff that shouldn't even be an issue if they do what they say they do. Don't buy from this dealership if you admire your own life. Don't trust their lies. Not worth it.

Sold Me a Faulty Car - Zero Accountability…read more I purchased a Scion FR-S from Jawad Baloch at Skyline Auto Group, and it has been a complete disaster from day one. On the way home from the dealership, the rear bumper nearly completely detached on the freeway due to it not being secured properly. That should've been my first red flag. After returning the car for repairs, I received it back only to immediately be stranded on the freeway again--this time because the gas gauge wasn't reading properly and I unknowingly ran out of gas. This car has put me in unsafe situations multiple times now, and it was supposedly "ready to drive" when I bought it. To make matters worse, my license plates--which were inside the vehicle when it was dropped off for service--were missing when the car was returned. It's been a month now and multiple attempts to contact the dealership, and I have been completely ignored. No one is responding. I had to file a police report as stolen just for any hope to get my license plates back. As if that wasn't enough, the car now has a check engine light and multiple diagnostic codes, including: * P0455 - Large EVAP system leak (so far we know the fuel pump completely gave out and the car was rapidly leaking gas.) * U0122 - Lost communication with Vehicle Dynamics Control Module * U0140 - Lost communication with Body Control Module * U0073 - Control Module Communication Bus A Off These aren't minor issues--these are critical electronic communication errors that affect the safety and functionality of the vehicle. The fact that this car was sold in this condition is absolutely unacceptable. Do not trust this dealership. Their cars are unsafe, their service is nonexistent, and they take no responsibility once the sale is done. I wish I had never done business with Skyline Auto Group.
