Their seafood is excellent. I got their lobster tail and crab legs, nothing was overcooked. It was cooked purfectly.

Yep. Monster burgers? Absolutely. Fried everything? You bet. The menu is honestly fantastic. Unfortunately, the execution felt like everyone sampled the product before clocking in. Walked in on a Sunday at lunchtime and the place was emptier than my fridge after a teenage sleepover. Ordered immediately and wandered over to the soda machine. No ice. That's a bold strategy for a restaurant whose entire vibe is "we know you're thirsty." Then the wait began. They said 10 to 15 minutes. They delivered on that promise with the dedication of NASA launching a rover to Mars. Fifteen minutes in an empty restaurant is impressive. Even the DoorDash drivers had that look of, "Bro... I could've grown the potatoes by now." Food finally landed. The burger was actually pretty decent. Fried pickles were solid. The breaded fries wanted to be great, but some were cold and the fryer oil tasted like it had seen every presidential administration this decade. The staff wasn't rude. They also weren't awake enough to be considered enthusiastic. The whole restaurant had the energy of a group project where everyone assumed someone else was doing the work. That's really the story here. Death by a thousand little details. No ice. Slow food. Cold fries. Worn-out fryer oil. Dark dining room. Zero hospitality. Nobody seemed to notice, and that was the biggest disappointment of all. Fat Shack absolutely understands stoner food. What it doesn't understand is that eventually the munchies wear off... and people start noticing the service. I'd probably order it again... through DoorDash... and hope they remember the ice.

Delivery was super convenient and the food was still hot! The food overall. was average, but maybe just not a cuisine for us. We ordered the 3-Piece Whiting Dinner (with Mac & Cheese and Potatoes), 2-Piece Catfish Dinner (with Mac & Cheese, Home Potatoes, and Hush Puppies), and 6-Piece Wings (with Mac & Cheese and Fries). We also received a complimentary container of the coleslaw. Luckily, I picked the catfish. It was the best part of the entire meal. Unanimous vote for 2 Thumbs Up on the catfish with its light and crispy outer breading. Even baby ate every bite offered him since the catfish seemed to melt in your mouth! So good. Best I've had that I can recall. I liked the hush puppies - 2nd place pick! For baby, he liked the Fries also. They were soft, so easy for him to eat! Sorry, no pics of anyone else's food since they all dig into theirs before I could even get to mine. I served baby his bowl of Mac & Cheese which he usually likes any and all pasta with any and all cheese. However, he took one bite of this one. Refused to eat anymore. Unanimous vote that it may have had an unidentifiable different flavor that we all were not crazy about. Was it a different kind of cheese? Was it mustard that made it so bright yellow-orange? We couldn't figure it out. Definitely a secret recipe. The wings were plain with sauces on the side. Hubby loves wings, but said these "were okay". I liked them dipped in the BBQ sauce. Hubby said they were basically a fried chicken wing that tasted average to him. I think he would have loved them doused in hot sauce, then dipped in the ranch. I'll have to order hot sauce next time. My dad had the whiting dinner and when I asked about it, all he could say was that it was "real fish". I took that as a win. He likes to eat fish on Fridays - every Friday! So, my hubby and I tried a piece for ourselves. We agree that it tasted very fishy! Lol. No wonder my dad liked it! Wish I got a photo of the liquidy and pinkish coleslaw before my hubby & Dad got to it. Hubs said it tasted like a salad which I thought was a good thing. Vinegar-based? I don't know really because I didn't taste it - since I dislike all coleslaw. My dad ate most of it since we told him it was part of his meal and he doesn't like to waste food. Plus, my dad eats all his veggies! Well, we gave it a try. Would we try it again? It was an adults' Yes ... 2 out of 3 votes. Prices are fair for the amount of food. Plus, it's free delivery on DoorDash (trial period). And, the catfish is worth going back for. Unanimous 4 votes for 2 Thumbs Up on the catfish! YUM! Wish I had ordered 2 of them (the 3-Piece Catfish Dinner) with more catfish on the side and fries! Ha. Next time, we can try to dine in or just order takeout/delivery, so I'll update this 3.5 stars review. (Rounded up. )

It must have been frozen fish when they put it in the fryer, because it was like rubber when they served it. Go to Keondra's next door. Her catfish is always delicious, as is everything else.

I ordered three extra large pizzas. I ordered them well done as I have been doing for my entire life. Any reputable pizza place should be well aware that means til the cheese is golden brown and crust is a little crispy. These pizzas came BLACK and burnt to a crisp. Completely inedible. I spent $70 with tip for pizzas I had to literally throw straight in the garbage. How many people saw this pizza before serving it and said "well that's what they wanted I guess ‍" because they didn't want to lose the probably $3 in cost to remake those pizzas. Absolutely no excuse for that. I had to go out and buy fast food last second for the entire family as they all just travelled across country to get here asap. Do better

Perhaps inform your customer of this or maybe call them to give a choice? I drove to the store to pick up the pizza and asked for refund of the delivery fee. I was informed I would have to wait for a manager. After having already waiting for over ninety minutes, I chose to leave and feed my family rather than be further inconvenienced. It being peak time on a Sunday is a poor and unacceptable excuse. Many other local Businesses have figured out how to use Door Dash or Uber Eats to service their customers. Maybe evolve with the times? Using the same business model you've been using since you opened the location in Sango is antiquated. I've been a customer for a long time and have experienced this restaurant's steady decline firsthand. Food is significantly overpriced, but uses fresh ingredients and tastes good. Pizza would have likely been better if it weren't lukewarm. Wings were the highlight. They were hot and good. Luigi's, Michael's and Camacho's are quality local alternatives. Avoid Chris's unless you plan to have it made and pick it up---and even then it won't be ready at the time they tell you regardless of the day and time. It will be about 10-15 past on average.
