We have entrusted our pet to LV Dog Resort twice. Theor service is consistently good. Facility is clean and the pets are treated well! There is an option to allow pets to play together or not. My dog Archie has been attending Doggie daycare for almost 4 years. He loves it and is so excited to go. I highly recommend doggie daycare.

We left our dog from Monday night to Sunday afternoon. The staff answered all my questions the day we dropped her off which made me feel less worried. I booked the Luxury Suite because I wanted her to be comfortable. I also added the "Daily Report Card" to get daily photos and updates. She's 12 years old and we just rescued her last March so we were really worried about leaving her with just anyone. I saw the high reviews on google and yelp so I chose LV Dog Resort II. Staff was really friendly. I called to check up on Mochi once and they did answer my call and assured me she's coping well - that put my mind at ease. I appreciated how nice and friendly they were. There are three things that bothered me a little though: 1) On their website, it stated "We are so confident and committed to providing such a high level of service that we invite you to tour the facility any day between 9 am - 3 pm. Transparency is our middle name!" A few days before our trip, we dropped by to see the rooms but we were told that they don't do tours anymore. If it is for the safety of the dogs, I completely understand but maybe update the website? I was advised to do the virtual tour on their website, which I did and that was cool. I still wish I was able to see the upstairs rooms though to get an idea of how clean they keep their rooms. 2. I paid extra for the "Daily Report Card" which really made me happy to see her photos. However, for some days they only uploaded 2 pictures. Some shots were blurred and really close up. Some days would have the description of her demeanor which was really nice but not all days had that. We only had them on Wednesday and Thursday. I would've loved to get some more context too like "She ate breakfast. Went out for a walk around ___ time." Would've loved to get photos of her room too but the pictures were really close-up. Special shout-out to Mariah for providing 10 photos on Sunday. That made me really appreciate her. It was so nice to see our dog from different angles. She did such a good job! Grace and Jessica gave the description of her demeanor on Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you for that! 3. I chose the Luxury Suite because of the description and the photo on the website. It stated on the website "Our luxury suites provide all of the basic amenities to keep your dog as comfortable as possible and feeling right at home during his/her stay. Each suite is stylishly decorated, as you would expect in a 5-star hotel." Since we did not get to see her room when we dropped her off, we had no idea what to expect but I hoped that it would match the website description. From the uploaded photos of the Daily Report Cards, the room and her bed looked nothing like the website. I think the Royal Suites and Pawhouse Suites matched the website (those rooms are on the first floor so we could see them) but unfortunately, the Luxury Suite did not look anything like the website at all. -- Our dog was fed and I was happy that on one of our Daily Reports, I saw that she was taken to go outside to pee and poop. The staff was very friendly and nice. I just wish we knew what the Luxury Suite really looked because maybe I could've upgraded her to the Royal Suite or something. I also hope the Daily Report Card photos would have more context and have the same amount of photos as what Mariah did. It really helps pet owners feel less worried. read more

I picked up my dog and poor thing lost so much hair. And I ended up getting her flea medicine because it seems like something was going on. Her back was shedding like crazy and has bald spots. Don't use the complimentary bath because I'm sure they are probably using cheap shampoo that gave my pup an allergic reaction. read more

I can't say enough good things about the staff here and the services they provide for our dog . We have done both boarding and daycare, and have had nothing but good experiences. My dogs stayed here and their other hotel and both experiences were wonderful! This one is my FAVORITE though because it's very glamorous gorgeous! Marble floors and lavender with an air filter system for my dogs and a huge park. Actually there were two parks. One you can ask for if your dogs want to be alone. It's really over the top. Very disappointed! First time customer LV Dog Resort 2 after having positive experience in their first location! This was highly disappointing. Paid over $200 for 2 nights stay only to find my dogs in peed room! After taking them out it was clear that they were not walked or taken to the bathroom that morning or likely the night before....what's interesting it seems that all other dogs have peed in their rooms. No exceptions!!! After asking to speak with the manager, I was told that there is no manager and that person behind the counter is a lead and there is no manager. Then I asked who is over you, he said nobody, and that it is normal for dogs to pee in the room! Get out of here! I could have paid dog sitter for this money! read more

Glad they had space for our doggos when we needed it but our healthy, completely vaccinated pups got kennel cough after staying here. (They are still recovering) Sure this place looks good on the outside and on paper, but you cant see whats in the back-- we dont know how kennels are laid out, how clean they are, whether they put our dogs together with others, if there is old feces on the beds or anything because they dont have cameras so you can see what is going on. (Dont know how else our dogs got so sick considering they are house dogs with zero exposure to strange animals.) They said they gave them baths but they smelled weird when we got them back. Not sure what shampoo was used (if any) maybe some kind of old cream of mushroom soap? Cuz thats what they smelled like. Maybe their other locations are better, but this one is questionable for healthy dogs. Gave them an extra star ONLY because they were available to watch when we needed it. read more

Unfortunately, this establishment was not only a disappointment, but a likely a serious danger for the pet we had staying there. In a nutshell, after our experience I would never recommend anyone bring their pets here, especially their cats. We had noticed that LV dog resort had cat options for boarding and since they were relatively close to our home and had availability, we figured we would board our cat here since we needed a place for her to stay for a few days while we were out of town. The reservation process was simple-fill out documents online, upload photo and vaccine records for your pet, then receive an email confirmation of their reservation. On their website they advertise that the pet will have a bed, tv, room etc and while this is true for dogs, this is not the case for cats. When we dropped her off we asked to see where she would be staying and wanted to help get her comfortable in her room. Cats stay upstairs in rooms with metal gates. They have no true separation from the dogs downstairs besides one paper thin door/wall and with the tile floors in the whole facility, the dog barks echo constantly. Her "room" was so tiny, absolutely filthy with pee still in the litter box from another cat, and equipped with one cat tower that had litter and fur all over it from other cats. When I asked where the beds were the staff member told me cats just normally sleep in the tower-false advertisement and completely unacceptable. I had a family member of mine bring her a cat bed later that afternoon during her stay just to try to make her more comfortable but they wouldn't let my family member go up to the room to place it in there. Who knows if they ever put it in her room in the first place. It was also clear that my cat was heavily neglected during her stay and probably forgotten about. If it wasn't for us paying extra for the "report cards" of her each day, she likely wouldn't have been checked on. Each report card photo we got she look miserable and scared in. So heartbreaking. When we were finally able to pick her up, again the staff member wouldn't let me go to her room. Likely because it was still filthy. The staff member brought her downstairs and she cried nonstop on the car ride home. When we got her home, she drank water and ate nonstop as if she hadn't be feed in DAYS! To top it all off, when we brought her home and out of her carrier she was walking with a limp and screamed anytime we tried to pick her up for a few days. They injured my cat and of course told us nothing about what may have happened to her when we picked her up. Never again will I let a pet stay here and be very weary of letting your pets stay too. While they seem to cater to dogs primarily, it's completely unacceptable that other pets are neglected in the interim. read more

This was the first time I left my dog with LV Dog Resort II and will be back soon! I was already very anxious because my family and I do not trust anyone easily to take care of our pup. But LV Dog Resort II was very accommodating and kind. I received daily updates w/ pictures via his "Report Card" and it was something I looked forward to receiving when we were on vacation. Apparently, he was very well-behaved. We even got told he was "charming", "polite", "smiley", and "happy"! They took very good care of our dog and he was really happy when he came home. At the last place I sent him for daycare they were very nice, but it was difficult to make long-term reservations (everything is waitlisted) and my dog would shake in fear every morning when we went there for some unknown reason. I am so grateful for this resort! My puppy is a very high energy Australian Shepherd. I just moved back to Vegas and while I made repairs on my home needed a place for my dog to let out that energy (I felt bad leaving him in his crate). I found LV Dog Resort; To preface, Ive never used doggy daycare. I decided to try them out not knowing what to expect. First night, he was exhausted. I mean, he flopped on the floor and didn't move. I was surprised. Day 2 was so much easier on him. He came back spunky, sweet, and so much better in temperament. Fast forward two weeks and my puppy is a different dog! He's so sweet, doesn't get anxiety anymore, comes home pooped from playing all day. Best part for me is the report card that comes with the packages! They're literally so cute and show him playing with his friends. He looks so happy. The employees remember River and I- I don't even have to remind them which dog is mine. Attention to detail is appreciated. Overall I'm so happy I found this place. My pup River has improved in temperament and is getting essential dog interaction. Win win. read more

We had 3 of our fur babies stay here for one night. They denied to show us the room they will be staying in. Made up some excuse that they were working on stuff upstairs. When we dropped then off they asked us if we wanted them bathed prior to pickung them up. We said yes. I tried multiple times to call to check up on them since it was their first time being in a place like this. They do not answer the phone. When we were finally on our way to pick them up. I asked if they were ready to be picked up. Lady said yes that they were bathed at night. We picked them up they were so thirsty. They finished 3 bowls of water. They were not bathed! Come on now! Who do you guys think you can fool? We all now what is bathed or not. Obvious signs they were not bathed. Poor babies. God knows what else they were put through while they were at this place. Wonder what they have to hide upstairs. The two times we were there poo and pee in the places the dogs were staying. and this was downstairs what more up stairs. I reached out multiple times to follow up on my dogs sickness and they are "too busy" to call back because managers are working on their other ventures which are.....Escape Rooms. For the price to board your dog there, you might as well schedule a vet visit because your pet will be in WORSE condition picking them up compared to when you drop them off. We went on vacation in December for 10 days. To say we were worried about leaving our fur baby for that long was a vast understatement. Our vet recommend us to LV Dog Resort, and this location is very close to the air port. It was easy to head to and from the air port and get our doggy very quickly. We had board before at our previous vet office and it was disastrous! He had stomach upset and was not acting like himself (and that was only for 2 days). We were worried about the same thing this time and our new vet prescribed anxiety medication just in case. This stay went amazing. My dog was well taken care of and came home in a very happy mood. It was a drastic change. I even called a few times to make sure everything was ok and we had clear communication. I would fully recommend this place for your spoiled fur babies. read more

This place is AMAZING. I have a very hard time leaving my fur baby anywhere as I never have before and this place blew me away. My pup stayed in the penthouse suite and got the best care possible. The room has a nice comfortable bed in it (yes, I sat on it myself to test it out) as well as a chandelier and tv that plays soothing music that is meant for dogs to help them relax. The room is also purple which is supposed to be the best color for dogs. They clearly thought of everything in this place! I got tons of photos showing me how happy and comfortable he was there which really put me at ease. The customer service was also top notch. Oscar made sure to ask me any questions when I arrived to make sure my baby had the best stay possible. When I picked him up after, I arrived to find him comfortably tucked into the bed.
