I have to say Rob's Towing are complete life savers. My car blew a gasket on the freeway and after somehow pushing off the freeway, I was left with no other option than towing it home. I pulled up towing services on yelp and came across this company, I called and immediately got a response. They still gave me a chance to deliberate and when I called them back, they honored the original quote and in about 30mins they got to my location. Everything went as smooth as can be and with a reasonably priced service, I will definitely be calling them again if I'm ever in a bind. A friend of mine recommended Robs towing claiming they were fair priced and had great customer service. My truck was crashed and impounded. Leo showed up at preferred towing super friendly and got my vehicle released quickly. I watched him put this non-rolling, non-operating crashed truck on his flat bed. He asked where I needed it to go which was to Costa mesa from mission viejo and gave me a great price. When we arrived to the apartment complex there were no open parking spaces available so he waited with me until one opened up. Leo made sure the truck got off his flat bed safely and smoothly. It took a lot of patience as the vehicle front axle and tire were crashed. I dont know much about tow service but I know this was a lot of work and he earned every penny that night. My family and I are very grateful for Rob. He literally saved our lives. We were are moving in a new area that we do not know yet. We began to have car issues and felt stranded past midnight. After various calls and leaving voicemails to other towing companies who claimed were 24/7 service, I still don't have a response. Luckily I found Rob's Towing Service, I called past 1AM and had a quick response. He said he was located in Anaheim and I was in Los Angeles County, he came within 30 minutes from the time of my first call. He is very helpful and friendly, our car was loaded with some boxes, because how I mentioned we were in the process of moving. He was so kind to tow my car home and waited for my family and I to unload the car, so it can be towed to a automotive shop. I will forever be thankful for his kind gesture and the time he took to help us. If anyone is ever in trouble this is the company to call! I will definitely call again if I ever need towing service. Rob's Towing really came through!! This company was the 7th and last company I had contacted in the span of 3 days since every other company I had contacted would show up and say my job was "impossible" due to the condition and location of my car. When I contacted Rob he was very helpful and I provided him with pictures and he right away said he could do the job. Rob sent his associate Tony who showed up in less than an hour to my location. Man I gotta tell ya, Tony was super professional and such a stand up guy!! He got the "impossible" job done in less than 10 minutes!! I just can't thank Tony enough!!
