Since the Detailer is at fault(negligence) they are responsible. It has been a little over a week, and he has not been provided any transportation(rental), or composition. On Wednesday Nov 27th he was provided a car rental for 20 days. Their(Detailer's insurance) has declared the vehicle as totaled. He will have to return the rental on Monday Dec 16th. He said He waited 2 hours on hold, and I would have to call them, I did 23 minutes I was in the System and called and left message of Such and he would have to do that it is your job. They want to speak with You. He just flat out refused to do his job, so I ended up having it towed to another place which they did it in 1 day. During this whole Time Basel the manager never pick up the phone and let Me know any updates. I run a business and if I did that, I wouldn't have a business. I had to initiate ever Communication. Rotten way to do Work and waste Customers Time. I also noticed they do not allow reviews on their Website and Reviews or bought and paid for. BEWARE.

Scheduled an appointment at 12 pm for wheel alignment. At drop off, the employee said the car will…read moretake longer for service since walk-in's will be seen before my scheduled appointment. That completely defeats the purpose of having an appointment in the first place. Called around 1:40 pm for status and the car was not pulled in for service yet. Notified there were only 2 workers who do alignments so it's taking longer than usual. Not only were they short staffed, they accepted more jobs than they can handle and didn't honor the appointment time. Received a call at 3:15 pm the car was ready. Asked for the wheel alignment report to show the left front was the same measurement as when it was brought in (red/not aligned). Was given so many excuses as to why the wheels were not fully aligned. The report was never emailed and apparently no longer printed in store. A picture was taken of it by Bradlie and texted to me instead. My car now pulls to the right when it didn't prior to bringing the car in.

It came in on a Tuesday a week before Thanksgiving .. Thanksgiving week car still in the shop yes they kept my car the whole week of Thanksgiving and now this is the week after Thanksgiving and they still have my car. Would you like to know why? Because they had been trying to convince the warranty company that I needed a new transmission. The mechanic shop was telling me one thing, but the warranty company had clearly told me another. When the warranty company clearly told them that I did not need a new transmission It put me in a predicament of having the warranty company to question me and the value of my car. The fact that the mechanics try to play in my face was absolutely diabolical . And I knew that there was something going on, I went up to the mechanic shop and called the warranty company and had everybody on the phone at once and I heard everything. The mechanic shop tried to convince me that I needed a new transmission as well. Because the mechanic shop told me that they were willing to fix whatever it was that the warranty company approved and how they on my side and how they have my best interest at heart. FULL OF MESS But when I called the warranty company and got the warranty company on the phone they told me the mechanic shop had a transmission on the ticket and not the actual part that the warranty would approve for my actual problem. I WAS PISSED !!!!!!! Now here it is Monday and he tells me that my car will be ready Tuesday EVENING They got the part in and it's gonna take them another 24 hours to give it to me.
