I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 100 STARS IF I COULD. This incompetent place FORGOT to put more oil in my car after I went to get a simple oil change. My engine starts making this horrible noise and so I check my oil stick- NOTHING!!!!!! NO OIL IN THERE!!!!!! And NOBODY had touched my car since I took it here. I WILL be calling corporate and whoever I can to get them to fix their careless life altering mistake. I'm a mother with 3 children that has ONE car. They quite literally have messed up my life with this mistake. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. I still have my receipt with the names of who emptied my oil and NEVER replaced it. This is irresponsible and absolutely unacceptably ridiculous. And yes the bolt at the bottom of the drip pan is still there intact so I KNOW THESE PEOPLE NEVER PUT NEW OIL IN IT!!!!!! read more

I called first to what the wait time was for an oil change since I live close by. They were very professional and nice answering all my questions and concerns. They advised me on maintenance and recommended some additional services like brake fluid. They picked up small trash around driver and passenger side floor which was nice. My first time at this location they forgot to put the sticker in my car after my oil change, So that I could know when to come back. This time I was told my coupon wouldn't work with no valid reason. The coupon doesn't expire til the end of the month...I've never had this happen at any other location!! read more

Soooooo... I brought in my 2017 Infiniti Q50 for a full synthetic oil change ($99.) I found a Groupon while waiting ($69) that was honored but apparently my car takes 6.7 quarts of oil (+$32) not the standard 5 quarts that is included in my purchase. I googled how much oil my car should take and every site states 5.1 quarts. The attendant claimed that my car's engine is SO LARGE that it needs the extra oil, hence the extra cost. I refused all up sells and walked out paying $32.96 in addition to my $69.99 Groupon ($102.95 total.) When I got into my vehicle I noticed my carpet had not been vacuumed (included in oil change service) but I really didn't care because it had been raining all week and I was just eager to get home. I left and not even 10 minutes up the road my indicator lights for tire maintenance, windshield wiper fluid and oil/filter maintenance came on. I took my car back and was assisted by a young man who I assumed didn't know what he was doing based on the amount of time he spent resetting my indicators. I left again... This time I was about 5 minutes up the road when the lights came back on. I pulled over, popped my hood and noticed that there indeed was NO WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID (also included in oil change service) ever added. I immediately went back to the store and was greeted by the manager. I told him the issues and went inside to have a seat. He came in to offer his extreme apologies for my windshield wiper fluid not being topped off and added that there was never any coolant added (also included in oil change service) because they didn't carry the kind my car needed (never mentioned from the initial service.) The manager suggested that I go to Auto Zone purchase the required coolant and return for him to put it in my car. Yes! He said this! He offered apologies once again and stated that he'd notate my account to insure that all services are rendered on my next visit and that he'd add a discount as well. Too little too late sir, I'll never be back! At this point I'm completely over this store, it's employees and it's HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning! read more

Went twice both times I was told over 1 hr wait both vehicles had screws stick...ok both times????

Fast service but the place wreaks of old cigarette smoke. I had to step outside while my vehicle was being serviced. Nice employees though.

People were nice enough, that's it. The company/workers mess with the cars to make sure you go back to them. They over screwed the oil drain cap on my car and now its time for an oil change, the damn thing wont budge. I called to see if they would loosen it and said they would. You would think they would fix their mess up, right? No, the guy stated that the only way they would loosen up the cap is if I had the oil changed with them for a cost of $77. They offered to change the oil with all of my things for a cost of about $30. Um. No. I will never again even use this company to have my oil changed or for any automobile issues. read more

Stop by today for a oil change and to get my wipers replace. Customer service was great. The guys were very professional, answered all my questions and very detailed with the services given. I was in and out less than a hour. No oil was left on my car nor my door handle. They vacuum the inside and cleaned my windows. I will definitely return. The guys were nice but the service was sloppy. I went in to get a synthetic oil change service which included vacuuming, checking fluids, and other things. However, they did not vacuum well, my wheel was covered in grease, pretty sure they didn't check ALL Of my fluids, and they did not put the next re-oil sticker on my windshield. I'm just glad I used a coupon because that job was not worth the money. read more

Employees were nice to me but not to each other. That results in poor service. When I took a peek at my vehicle while they were servicing it I asked the guy at the counter why is my vehicle dripping? He quickly replied oh we rinse it underneath to clean any overspill. I had never heard of that but figured maybe it's something new they do now. I get home and take another peek under the hood and the oil filter looks all dinged up... so either they reused the same filter or left my old filter??? A week later my driveway has large spots of oil. I don't trust Jiffy Lube anymore so I took my vehicle to the dealership yesterday and after inspection they discovered the leak is coming from the oil filter!! I will never take my vehicles to Jiffy Lube again! read more

Because I saw a worker with a hose in his hand when I just happened looked backed after giving them the keys upon arrival I scanned my car to see how well it was cleaned as i pulled away after the service. My suspicion was confirmed. Instead I found several items from the glove compartment on the floor. Never had an issue like this with this location before. Beware. Been taking my 2013 Sonata for the past year and half, about 4 oil changes already. Great service, I've never spend more than 15 - 20 max waiting for them to complete. Guys have always been courteous and fast to help. Very reasonable prices and thorough when it comes to checking all the fluids. read more
