She got me on the schedule and literally, the very next day, a Technician came to our house and set up our new TV. He was so very kind and knowledgeable. So I promised him I'd write a review on Yelp and he said that would be awesome. Here it is... Yesterday, I ordered 65 feet of Cat5e ethernet cable to ensure an uninterrupted connection for my home office internet needs. Brett answered my call and had me come in which I did. Brett welcomed me and proceeded to cut not 65 but 72 feet while charging me for only 65 feet (plus the 2 connectors on the ends). Nice! I hung the cable this morning and the extra 7 feet was a perfect call on Brett's part. Very nice! Excited, I plugged the ethernet cable into my laptop and....nothing. Got no LAN connection. Only my wifi connection which is not reliable for business calls. Man, was I disappointed. All the goodwill I felt went sour. When I called I was told by Christina that Brett was out for the day. No bueno! I told her my situation and she arranged for John to come out and have a look since I had already hung it. When John arrived he tested the line and sure enough there was an issue with it. It was a simple mix-up by Brett when he tied the connections pieces which can happen every now and then. I get it. I know I don't always hit what I'm aiming for in my job as a high school English teacher to at-risk youth. Anyway, John made the repair onsite and applied himself diligently to the task. When he was done I had a connection. Hallelujah! I thanked John and asked him what I could give in return. And now you know. Oregon Satellite provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to help me and I thank them for that. By the way, my at-home internet service is not with Oregon Satellite; I only made a one-time purchase of ethernet cable.

I took my vacuum in for repairs, first thing Joe told me was "I have a better vacuum than that and…read moresmaller if we can't fix this one". The power head of my Electrolux quit working gradually, I thought it was in the elbow into the power head turns out I was right after she checked everything else. They said they could order a part and fix it for me . About a week later I go get my vacuum and it works for about 7-8 months then gradually stopped working just like before. I figured I couldn't hurt it so I took it apart found the problem, wire connection in the elbow to head the part that should be new. The protective stuff around wires was all frayed, scuffs all over the part it is NOT a new part. I took the part and paperwork in to the store and talk to them. They show me the invoice for the new part and I'm told "I believe my worker". Then he says "we always send the old part with the customer, where is that? I told him I wasn't given an old part just my vacuum and the bill for $104.95 parts and labor. I was ripped off , charged for a new part and installation and all they did was reattach old wire which didn't hold. I will never use or recommend The Electric Hospital again..

The problem? I had replaced the vacuum bag with a Miele knockoff. Not a good choice on my part as the lid to the Miele jammed initially and the machine would no longer start. Even when the lid was realigned, the hose would not click into place. Staff also bandaged up a cut on my hand which I acquired when, at my car, I removed the knockoff bag. After the first aide, I purchased genuine Miele bags. Comparing the genuine article with the knockoff, it is apparent why the knockoff was so capable of doing damage to me and my machine.
