The functional training areas, knowledgeable staff and great yoga and other classes helped me get the well rounded experience that one needs with such a long road to recovery. Yesterday, I touched my toes for the first time in 3 years. I went home and wrestled with my little boy, and I did it with strength and confidence that I built in these 4 walls. They advertise all sorts of amenities--equipment, classes, personal training, a sauna--but good luck actually using any of them. Booking anything is an exercise in pure frustration, the sauna is never working, and the locker rooms are filthy. And don't even think about trying to cancel your membership. It's a complete scam. They'll send you in circles between phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, each time insisting you need to submit your request in a different way. They never call you back, and just when you think you've finally escaped, they somehow manage to make it worse. At one point, I even received a "Reactivate Your Account" email--suggesting my membership had been canceled. Turns out, that was a lie. Instead, they must have messed with my information in their system because I never heard another word... until I suddenly found out my account was in collections. Unbelievable. Save yourself the headache. Avoid this place at all costs.

Update 1 year later:…read more Still very happy with this gym overall. Honestly it's the best in the area (options are limited) but still. Generally clean, good equipment, lots of cardio space, good floor space. A few things that are not as great: 1) The back weight room has only one 30 lb dumbbell and one 35 lb dumbbell. This is SO frustrating. The other side of the gym has two sets of each but those typically stay in that weight area. I can't imagine it's that expensive to buy two sets of matching dumbells. 2) they've started locking the class area in off hours which has free weights. Supposedly because people don't clean up the weights during non class time. But this was a key area especially when the gym is busy and this is frustrating 3) The benches in the back room are literally falling apart. Like chunks of styrofoam under the leather peeling off. Again in general very happy with the gym but some areas for improvement

I believe in the near future my group is planning to make a switch with a fam account. So walking in you have a nice concierges who check in your member and or guest. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. My brother has a membership and brought me to the second floor. They had all the equipment you'd probably need we did leg day. Lotta cables, smiths, assisted. Saw the basketball court (didn't see the pool) went to third floor checked out the spin cycle room and yoga studio. Went to the turf area for push sled and squat racks. Def has everything for the most part. Would come back again. Very spacious. Some of the machines seem to have quite a bit of years on them but as long as they work, it's all good. The locker rooms were huge, hot tub sauna and steam shower at this location, no cold baths that i saw. I think with the different tier solo and fam plans plus access to pool, hoops and unlimited classes, it makes sense it's cost, just wish it was lower like in some other markets (states) haha. Tells me he won't be there on Saturday but the manager will. Ok. Get there after working an overnight ....for 9am. Trainer let's me in, tells me the manager isn't there. Wait 15 min see if he comes. 9:30am. Reached out to the owner and he never even bothered almost 1 week after to even apologize for the inconvenience. What a joke !!!!!

Started out really great, joined a group training challenge sessions with a gym membership. There…read morewas a few issues here and there- AC not working, trainers not showing up for training sessions. Overall, and good experience in the beginning. The small group trainings were extra and not a contracted service- I paused the group trainings due to illness in the family. Although I discussed with the manager the pause on group training sessions and charges as I was taking a LOA to care for sick family, they continued to charge me monthly. I brought it to the manages attention, month after month, with the response of "oh- so sorry, we will reimburse you." Well, needless to say I was never reimbursed, over $500 in charges. I went back and forth with them for several more months with the informed plan to refund me, and it never happened. Eventually they stopped returning my calls/texts. I ended up cancelling my membership. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and no response from them. I sent them letter in the mail requesting refund, and they opened it, put it in a new envelope and sent it back to me.
