I told him that I was told that they would be here in and hour and that it had already been an hour and a half, he went on to tell there was a accident on 495 and that his drive had dropped a BMW in Rockville and was on his way and would be here in 10 -15 mins. my frustration kicked in and I just hung up the phone. Well long story short at 6:50pm, I was still waiting for that jump, no show, no call and now I am here writing this review about poor service , bad customer service and bad attitudes. The manager tells me that we must have hit a snow bank. My car has not left my driveway. Because I had major surgery.. I cannot believe they would say that to me.
