I've been washing and drying my oversized down comforter elsewhere and that place wasn't cutting it for me anymore. I have a whole system in place between washing and drying. And compared to that other laundromat I used for my down comforter, Wash & Dry is large, well-lit, has plenty of washers and dryers of all sizes, has several metal tables to fold your laundry, small sink AND it's clean.

Top feature: they take credit cards! Most laundromats are still coin operated but this one has a card reader on every machine. Apparently by paying with credit card, you can get the 10th wash free. They also have a loyalty card for tracking the washes if you don't want to pay with credit. The machines are great. Clean, modern, and efficient. The washers have convenient upgrade features. For $0.25 each, you can add an extra rinse cycle or indicate that your clothes are heavily soiled for extra washing. Drying is $0.25 for 7 minutes. They also have a wash and fold service. I came around 5am on a Monday and there were only two other people there. I imagine it gets quite crowded on the weekends and later in the day. This will be my go-to laundromat going forward!

I had them clean it yesterday and I brought it back today because there was a blue stain on it. The owner first referred to himself as the manager and refused to take responsibility for the stain. I explained that it was a brand new shirt (he even saw me take the tag off) and that I needed the stain removed within 24 hours and he said they would not be able to do this within 24 hours, even after I explained that I needed it for my wedding. I then asked him if he could talk to the owner and the company that dry cleans for him and explain the situation to them, but he still refused. Then he told me he is the owner, and I told him he should take responsibility for the workmanship that he does. Finally, I requested my money back and he left. Completely unprofessional...I decided to go to another cleaners.
