Wouldn't recommend. Went in for an emergency mail color change and the girls hands were shaking so bad there's paint Al over my cuticles and the sides of my nails are missing paint. Ugh. I came here on a walk in for a fill and a pedicure for my husband and I. I previously went to another salon for my full set and they came out super uneven, bumpy and crooked. I thought I would have to get them all removed and have a whole other set put on, but Hana is a miracle worker and took her time in fixing my nails! She did such an amazing job in reshaping them and she didn't have to pull any of them off in the process! Before coming, I had acrylic all over my cuticles so they began tearing as my nail grew, making the damaged and scabby. It has been two weeks since my last fill and my nails have never looked better. I am so pleased with Hanas work, I can't wait to come back! Not to mention she is very funny and has an awesome character! Everyone there was very nice and it's very clean! I wish I could give half stars but I guess i'll round down. Came here to get a broken nail repair and waited 10 mins, not bad for not having an appointment. The owner actually helped me. He gets down to business and he glues the nail on and applied the acrylic... Wait I said GEL! he tells me they do gel COATINGS, um ok. Whatever. So he tells me to dry my nail and then he takes someone else. Um, Ok. He had me sitting there for 10 mins!!! Um HELLO it doesn't take 10 mins to dry ONE nail!! I know you didn't forget me since i'm sitting next to you while you're helping someone else! He comes back... eventually, and he does his thing and $5 later I have an OK looking nail. Weird thing, everyone seems to be having a good time but me... maybe I was the fluke? Services were cheap enough for me to want to go back and try it again since everyone around me seemed to be having a great time! read more

They did an awesome job with my full set! The pedicure was kinda sloppy, meaning she slopped soap, water, and the exfoliant on my legs. My flip flops that we're sitting next to the pedicure chair we're soaked, but they're flip flops so it's not a big deal. She painted my toes with attention to detail though so that's what I mostly care about. My set looks awesome! Poor customer service and follow up especially after receiving the wrong services. Spent all this money for the nail technician to not realize she painted the wrong gel temperature change polish. I figured it would change to the pink that I had requested once I got to test it with warm water. But come to find out instead of a dark purplish pink to a pink I ended up with red and the complete opposite color that I choose....They didn't even have the courtesy to respond or follow up with me about the issue after multiple phone calls, voicemails, and being contacted through email. Disappointed because I've heard great things and received the complete opposite. Will not be going back here or would refer anyone here read more

I have been wanting to go here for a while. I only got the massage. I do not get manicures or pedicures. It is nicely decorated inside. Made appt. online with Shannon. She was very nice. I had the neck & shoulder massage. She was very good, asked if I needed more pressure or less. Then did as I asked. Would go back again. My neck and shoulders felt great afterwards. I have been lots of places in the area, is really hard to find good massage. Last place I went was disaster. Price is very good too. read more

The owner is very nice and the prices are cheap but the work doesn't last. Her husband applied my gel nails and they were awful. They were too thick and square. I had them repaired at another salon & when she removed the polish, the gels were chipping away. If you want a cheap pedicure that will last a week, it's fine but that's as far as I'd go with this salon. read more

Came in at around 6:30 pm on a Thursday. It wasn't crowded. The lady smiled at me as she asked me what service I wanted. I asked for acrylic french tips which was 45 with the gel and a regular pedicure for 25 which isnt bad coz the refill for the acrylic is 25. My french tips and pedicure was great that massage on my feet relaxed me a lot. The workers are nice and the ambiance has good vibes. read more

I went there on the Saturday before Mother's Day to treat myself to a much needed pedicure, I was in the area so why not. I came in and was seated immediately and my technician Claudia was excellent, she made me feel exceptionally special with the care she showed to my tootsies. :-) After talking to a few ladies there I decided why not get my nails done as well, it's been 16 years since the last time I've had my nails done (been in Mommy mode). So I decided to the gel nails, an overlay over my natural nail. Claudia escorted me to the nail area to sit at the table, she placed a bowl of water beside me to soak my nails in preparation for my manicure. Tommy the owner pulled her away from my table to do pedicure and there I sat. By then other people were coming in and Tommy the owner was jumping from one station to the next. When he finally made it to me I told him I was waiting for my manicure and he told me I didn't need a manicure and that my cuticles were great. Well, since it's been 16 years I figured he knew what he was talking about. He preceded to paint my nails with the gel overlay and all the while talking to customers coming through the door. No attention to detail at all concerning the customer in front of him, me! One coat, two coat, three under the uv light, out again and top coat. I was thinking to myself, wow, is this it?! This gel thing is nothing more than coats of polish and a uv light? I was charged $50 for the mani and pedi but wasn't totally pleased at the look of my nails. They didn't last an entire week, today after work I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to go back and get my nails redone. After sitting there for 2hrs and 10 minutes I walked out knowing I would never return..poor service! I mentioned to Tommy the owner that I should receive a complimentary manicure considering my inconvenience and the fact that he knew I'd needed one before but failed to do it because he was more concerned about cramming in customers instead of quality of service. He was talking to me in a loud tone of voice in front of other customers telling me that I had to pay for the manicure. I tried my best to keep my cool and after sitting there for 2 hours, I walked away knowing I would never go back because he was rude, the service was poor, and my nails look like I polished them myself. The only saving grace of that place is Claudia, excellent service and pleasant personality..never go there when it may be busy, strong possibility of having to waste more of your life away having to revisit to get some done that should've been done right the first time..Tsk tsk Tommy, poor customer service..btw..he'd mentioned on Saturday the fact that he hates Yelp because he doesn't like to get these reviews. 5/19/15--UPDATE..It-s now been 4 days since I've had my nails redone and today the polish on the corner of my nail has come off..smh..I haven't hit it, just came off, cheap polish! read more

The BEST in Columbia! I've been going here for approximately 3 yearsTommy does a great job on my nails. I always get pink & white. My main complaint is that he doesn't work the coure hours, so you have to catch him during the week in the late afternoon or on weekends!! Also, he is the only one in the shop that does pink & white....but I wouldn't want anyone else doing it. I've gone their several times and he wasnt there so I've had to go somewhere else and no shop I've gone to has been compatable. This is the only place I know that I can go to for great service and quality. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they always find time for you, even when they are busy. It's a pretty relaxed environment, and often times you find their kids running around, but it doesn't bother me personally. The nail salon is clean and that's super important to me.
