    Love the dip powder!

Love this place! I usually walk there from work to get my nails done and even come from Westminster with my daughter to get hers done. They do an awesome job! Could use more dip powder colors but its enough for me.

Started seeing Mike a few months ago. I've had no problems with chips, breaks and the still looked good when it's time for a fill. I get gel and designs. Priced reasonably.

Best gel mani I have gotten in a long time. Didn't take to long and salon was clean. Tech was very pleasant and kept checking with me to make sure I was happy.

Looks good from far away, at least !!!

I FINALLY FOUND IT FOLKS!!!…read more I've been going to Refresh Nail Spa since winter 2023, after searching for salons that offer drill-free manicures and focus on natural nail care like IBX treatments. I ended up finding Bernadette, an independent nail tech who works there--and she's been an absolute gem. While she does use a drill (contrary to what I originally searched for), she's incredibly skilled, gentle, and precise--so much so that it never damages my nails. Her technique is both efficient and mindful, striking the perfect balance between machine and hand filing. Initially, I was getting regular gel manicures, but Bernadette truly cares about nail health, and she suggested switching to builder gel (BIAB). It was a game-changer. Builder gel doesn't require soaking off and allows for continuous fills--meaning you can build on top of your last set without compromising nail integrity. Since switching, my nails have grown so long, strong, and healthy, and a single BIAB manicure can last me up to 6 weeks! Beyond nails, Bernadette is a wonderful person--easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. She also specializes in pedicures for clients with diabetes or other health conditions, which speaks volumes about her expertise and sensitivity to clients' unique needs. If you're looking for a thoughtful, health-conscious nail experience, I highly recommend Refresh Nail Spa and Bernadette in particular. My monthly visits have become something I genuinely look forward to.

Customer service was top notch. Kathy, my nail tech, was patient, talented and polite. I'd worn gel-x for the last 18 months or so, done at a different salon, and decided to try polygel on my first visit to this salon at Kathy's suggestion. It's been about two weeks since I got my nails done, and they still look quite good. The salon says that most people go 3-4 weeks between fill-ins, and that appears to be true.

I discovered this salon in July 2025 and was initially very impressed. Even though I'm from…read moreBaltimore and am temporarily residing in the Midwest, I made a point to visit MyAllure Nail Spa whenever I was home. My first few visits were positive, which is why I'm giving three stars rather than fewer. Each visit, I had a different technician. I typically get polygel with a design, and the results were generally solid until my third visit on 1/3/26. After calling about 45 minutes ahead, I was seen, but while the design was nice, the base of the polygel set was poorly done (the tech was also rushing for an upcoming appointment after me). One nail had a visible hole in the product, which was patched rather than properly smoothed and reinforced. Less than a week later, another nail cracked across the middle. On 1/11/26, I called to ask about availability for a repair and was told to come in. After checking in, I waited about 30 minutes before being told it would be another hour. During that time, I overheard a technician grouchily tell the front desk, "Just tell her to come back another time," while I was standing nearby. That felt extremely rude and unprofessional, especially given that I had called ahead, was told to come in, and received a confirmation text. I explained that if there was no availability, I should have been told upfront. I had driven 35 minutes from Baltimore and could not wait longer due to a flight back to the Midwest. I really liked this salon, but the combination of subpar workmanship on my last set, being turned away after calling ahead, and the dismissive behavior makes it hard for me to return. Please be honest about availability so clients don't waste their time. The cracked nail eventually split completely and injured the skin beneath my nail bed. This salon is on the expensive side, so to pay all that $$$ and not get service that matches just doesn't work.

PLEASE READ!! BEWARE. Columbia Crossing Center…read more This place is the worst nail salon ever. They conned my 12-year-old niece to get things that she didn't understand or even had the money to pay for; I sent my niece in to ask them how much it would be for a basic pedicure with regular polish and a full set with get polish for her nails. They told her $60. so, I told her she can get them done. When I came back to get my niece, she said she paid $127, She had her toes done which they claimed to use dipping powder and that's not what she asked for. They claimed that her big toenail was crooked which was a lie and said they put a fake nail on there. My niece said no nails was put on her feet or fingers. Why would you continue to add things to a child service when they told you what they were there for? Her fingernails were just painted, and no acrylic or tips was applied to her nails which was supposed to be a full set. it was all a mess. They claimed that they did a full set to her toes after making up all these lies and prices, they couldn't verify. (I have never heard of a full set to toes lol) omg it was a mess. my poor niece was so sad on her birthday because of this. I told them that was not what she asked for and that was too much money for something so simple. they refuse to remove the stuff off her toes and fingers and refund me or give me a percentage of my money back. My niece had to call her dad for more money to pay for this crap once they were done and gave her a price of $127. I wasn't aware of all of this until I picked her up. This is bad service and they need to be exposed. I know how nail salons try to get over so that's why I sent her in there for a price before they got started and we were still scammed. Pictures below. The work was sloppy and they cut my niece finger.

I came in hoping to unwind after having a very difficult day mentally, but the experience only made things worse. The technician who worked on my pedicure made several negative comments about my feet that felt unnecessary and borderline insulting. Instead of making me feel comfortable, I felt judged and embarrassed. The most concerning part of my visit was when he used the pumice bar. He scrubbed my heel so aggressively that it began to bleed. My heel immediately started hurting and stinging, and I was shocked that a relaxing service resulted in an injury. No one expects to leave a pedicure in pain. I understand that feet can require extra care, but there is a respectful and gentle way to communicate with clients and perform a service. I left feeling hurt--both physically and emotionally. I hope the salon takes customer care more seriously and ensures technicians treat clients with kindness and use appropriate care during services.
