They also have camp cookware, fuel canisters, and freeze-dried foods. They also carry solar-powered electronics, battery chargers, and other devices. This place is like a supercenter for outdoor recreational activities. I could spend extra hours in the store, just browsing, and marveling at all the options they have. Some of my favorite items are The Walker's Digital Electronic Earmuffs for indoor shooting protection and the Salty Crew Apex Perforated Long-Sleeve Hooded Sunshirt for style. Although several items are pricey, they do offer memberships and various discounts to reduce the damage to your pockets. I usually frequent this place twice a month, sometimes just for a browse for sales or to find items that I do not currently have on hand that will be very useful in the future. Oh, and I just absolutely love interacting with service reps because they actually love what they do in their job. If you or someone you know enjoys adventurous outdoor activities, there aren't many places that have the quality and quantity that Bass Pro Shop offers.

For how large the store is, finding someone to help was a bit difficult. Christmas time is fun there. They have a Santa's workshop situation where you can get a free picture with Santa. No signage saying no one in the parking lot after a certain time, *nothing.* light comes on and suddenly a man on a speaker says I'm "trespassing and have been recorded." I'm sorry, don't have an outside ATM then - honestly. This has never happened at another ATM in my 30 year life-span. If you can't be bothered to even put a simple sign out, don't have something on your lot that's accessible past business hours. Plain and simple unjustified to accuse people of trespassing when they *haven't been asked to leave* and *again no clear signage saying you cannot access to ATM in this timeframe.* The dude on the speaker was obnoxious about it too. Whoever your security is needs to relax and get some proper signage at *all* entrances. I was just pulling out money for my fucking rent at an outdoor ATM.

Then I decided to go back in today and give it another shot. After waiting for about 20 minutes someone came over and scanned the shoes I wanted. I waited for over a half hour to have someone bring them out and nothing. I stopped a service person and asked if I was still on the list for the shoes I wanted - then was told that they couldn't find the other one....and he also said " I'm surprised nobody told you" . so I waisted over an hour just trying to buy a pair of shoes. I then went into the mall a few doors down and bought a pair. The service is awful.... I tried 2 times and both times I received no service; I won't be going back. That system does not work!

The first clerk I asked to sell me a pass fumbled around and could not log into a computer. He made an odd, childish sounding call to another clerk. That person came and the two of them would have been comical to watch, if not so sad. After about 5 minutes, clerk 2 called his manager. I had the dubious please of listening to first questions about the computer ( I could tell it was not good news of some type), then a long conversation about sales, socks and things the clerk was to do. It was very clear the customer standing awkwardly in their store was not important. So, after the call, I'd been in the store 10-15 minutes. The clerk addresses me, while looking down and to his left, like he was afraid of me. I had NOT said a single word at this point. He gave a long-winded excuse, this was a known issue, they had submitted tickets, they simply had to call the state and get it fixed. I simply said OK and left to find another store and by my pass. This store needs training and a manager shake up. To not post the computer was broke (so I would not drive there in the first place), to not notify staff, to not care about the customer standing there while they were talking socks and sales.... Everything that is wrong about retail training and service is endemic to this store.
