Submitted a yelp request for an 85" flat screen install running wires through wall and installing a couple of outlets. Steve at K&S Systems quickly responded and provided a quote based on the photos I sent. He provided excellent service and was professional, prompt, clean, and reliable. After installing 10' cables through the wall, I was concerned that the cables may not be long enough. He was very understanding and provided excellent customer service, he came back the following week with longer cables and replaced the cables in the wall for me. He was prompt and professional, I had him put up my tv with a full motion mount, and he suggested that I should hide the wires for HD cables and power cord by cutting through the drywall. We wanted to mount some TVs, inside the house and outside,and possibly hardwire them with CAT6 from the router to the various TVs. My wife being of sound mind and realistic said "why don't you call someone to do this?" I didn't put up much of a fight and started to look for a business to do this. One business didn't want to come out and if he did, he said usually charges to walk a job. The second business came out, was more interested in BSing and asked if he needed to write anything down. The third business, K&S Systems (Steve), came out right away, walked the job (didn't charge) and really took the time to listen to what we wanted to accomplish. He wrote things down and made recommendations as well. Thankfully, we had some construction done previously to all this and our general contractor ran some conduit and setup a networking panel. All that came in handy and made Steve's work a little bit easier (I think.) Steve didn't rush the work at all. He was always communicative, cleaned up after himself and really took the time to make sure everything was working properly. We talked about future work and again made some recommendations. He really knows what he's talking about and was worth the money spent to make it right from the beginning. Contacted this company 3 separate times about having a technician come out to give me a quote. Absolutely NO RESPONSE 2 of 3 times, even after I called to check in because I hadn't heard anything. The first time I actually was texting w a technician, who couldn't make it out to give me an estimate. I can't say enough good things about Steve and his crew. I contacted them regarding taking 2 TV's down from my house, repairing the walls from the past install and transporting them to my new place. Once there I had them install 3 TV's and 2 sound bars. Steve informed me that because of the way the studs were and the mount I was using the TV wouldn't be able to be centered on the wall. He told me he had a mount in the car that would work and didn't even charge me for the mount. I've never had service like this before, simply amazing!! They did an amazing job, cleaned up after them selves and had the job done in a timely manner.
