We had a few tricky areas due to the builder installed mounting areas (tv outside in the California room but cables inside in a different room, in a very far location) but his team were great and were able to figure it out, no problem. Cannot praise this company enough. They came out the same day I called them to install my 75 inch TV. Both of the installers were extremely professional, courteous, and went above and beyond the call of duty (i.e., they helped me move a second TV upstairs). I should also note that not all TV installers are created the same. Prior to K&S, I had another installer come out to install the TV (an installer I found on Yelp). Unfortunately, the TV broke and I had to return it, which required taking the TV down and installing the replacement TV back up. To that end, I called the original installer to help me with that job. While we had a firm date and time set, he flaked on me and was incredibly unprofessional in doing so. That's when I called K&S to come out and do the job for me. I was shocked to learn from the K&S installers that the original installer had mounted the mount upside down, did not drill in all four screws, and did not secure the TV to the mount after the install. I will note that K&S was about $50 more than the other installer, but you get what you pay for. read more

Not only were these guys willing to drive up from OC, Steve quoted half the price! Steve was responsive to texts and was able to give a quote via pictures i texted him. Why not I will be the first to write a bad review. I called Steve approximately over 2 1/2 weeks ago for quotes on electrical work and painting. I even sent him photos as he requested. I still haven't heard anything back from him. I don't have time to waste on a quote, as time is money and money is time. Have used K & S Systems twice. Today was the 2nd time and again they surpassed my expectations. Steve and his co-worker also named Steve mounted 4 TVs in a new office we are moving into. They are courteous, professional and time efficient. Everything came out better than I expected. There were no wires or cable boxes showing. He neatly attached the box to the back of the TV. Furthermore, he went over and above by programming the cable remotes to match the TVs. When they were about ready to leave I mentioned that I had a Chromecast and had a question. He offered to install it for me. Went back out to the truck and got the ladder and proceeded to install the Chromecast and showed me how to use it. Prices are more than fair. So glad we finally got our TV hung last week. I had a 50 inch TV I wanted to hang in the master bedroom. I would of done it myself, but i wanted to conceal the wires and I was worried about drilling or interfering with a pocket sliding door that shares the same wall. So comes K&S Systems to the rescue. I called and spoke to Steve. Pricing was reasonable, includes mount and 2 HDMI cables. Made an appointment for next day. Steve showed up with another guy and got right to work. I expressed my concern about the pocket door to Steve, and he said he'd make sure it won't be a problem. 45 minutes later, problem solved and TV looks great. It's true that they take every single project as if it was their own. I was worried that they would look at my job as a small-DIY type of job and half-ass things, especially since they do businesses and bigger projects. But that was not the case. Steve was very meticulous with his work; after hanging the TV up he helped put the dresser back along the wall and measured the sides to make sure it was centered. He even put down a plastic cover over the area he was working, so it was mess-free. Overall great company. I had a great experience and so glad I found these guys. After a quick consultation, they went right to work, putting a drop cloth down during the job to aid with the mess and completely cleaned everything up after. So...I found a guy on craigslist to do a light fixture installation and he damaged and left two big holes in my drywall ceiling. Long story short, he ran away and I was left with two big ugly holes in my house. Called K & S and Steve was nice enough to send someone out on Sunday to help me fix it. They were very professional and repaired everything. After they were done, you can't tell there was ever any holes within the drywall. I've learned my lesson and I'll call them anytime I have a job. Great experience with Steve and his team at K&S Systems. We had a roofleak after a heavy rain storm that required us to rebuild our drywall on our vaulted ceilings and on the side of our french doors. We also had them remount our TV in our living room and had them rewire our cables so they weren't visibly hanging all over the place. It looks so much better and we couldn't be happier with how neat our living room looks now. His team worked VERY hard over the course of two days and put in solid time to make sure the re-texturing looked perfect. They also painted our walls for an additional minimal fee which saved us a ton of time having to figure out how we would do it ourselves given the height of our ceilings. I had lost my sound bar brackets and couldn't find them. Steve offered a low cost alternative. Work was done on 2/22/14. Before making my decision on whom to give my business to, I called a few local companies and got the best feedback and vibe from Steve at K&S System even though they were based out of Orange County. Their pricing is very competitive. My appt was for 10am and Steve and his employee arrived 15 mins after. I don't blame them as the distance and traffic was not in their favor so I didn't hold them against it. The installation was for 2 TVs- I wasn't prepared for any items I needed to make the installation smooth but Steve had most parts (HDMI cables/extension cord) in stock which was charged for an additional fee but at wholesale cost. I noticed he used an extension cord of his own and didn't charge me. The installation took less than an hour and they were completely clean and professional. Steve gave me the pros and cons on the installation to my liking. They even offer to dismount your tv, patch up the holes, and remount your tv if you plan on moving. Always good to know.
