I left my truck key in a secure spot, and they promptly towed it to the nearest Ford dealership. When they arrived, they found there was no place to drop it off, so they brought it back to their shop for safekeeping. The next morning, we coordinated another tow to Frankfort, IL, where the truck was repaired. I can't say enough good things about Angel and his team--they were professional, kind, and incredibly helpful after such a scary experience losing all brakes on I-294 North. I have a '95 Lexus LS400 & it proved to be very difficult to get into my car with the security system & the tight weather seals on the windows.
