That said, during nearly every visit, I've encountered staff who come across as rude, argumentative, or dismissive without any apparent reason. Even when I've been the only vehicle in the drive-thru, wait times have often been 15-20 minutes. When orders are brought out, the interactions consistently feel unenthusiastic and, at times, abrasive. Unfortunately, this hasn't been an isolated experience--it's been a pattern over multiple visits. I understand that customer service skills take time to develop, but consistent courtesy and professionalism are still important. Because of the repeated experiences I've had, I've decided I can no longer support this business.

It might have just been a stressful night. We did pop in the next day and I asked about their coffee selection. The response we got was a bit dismissive and they told us "we have black coffee, we don't do any of that fancy stuff. Go down the street to Taylor's." I was going to order the regular coffee but it was off-putting so we did as they recommended and left. I know I don't *look* like a local- for obvious reasons. I don't want to believe this is why we received weird service compared to other patrons. Regardless, we have enjoyed the actual food and ice cream here. Our family likes it and visits weekly- I will just trust them that they get good consistent service every time.

I ordered my ice cream and the young lady eating the ice cream went and prepared my ice cream cone without washing her hands and no gloves. I was someone upset about this but almost let it go, but then immediately after me 5 people ordered 5 ice creams and both ladies served the ice cream with gloves on. I discreetly shared what I noticed to the young lady who previously was eating the ice cream and she looked me in the eye and said she washed her hands. I looked her in the eye and did not say anything. She then asked me with a scowl on her face if I wanted the ice cream re made. I said if it was not a problem then I would like it remade. She scowled and with her body language made sure to let me know she was not happy about making me a new ice cream. So I declined the offer. That young lady was young in age but was very experienced with hostility. It was very concerning.
