The iced cafe de olla so good. Will keep you caffeinated for the rest of the day. Tamales are okay in size and and taste I prefer the ones with chile verde. The bollos are the star for sure, I prefer them over the ones sold in NorthGate market on Olympic. Conchas and bollos made fresh every morning. The Tostilocos are also good but I would like more cueritos on them. The Thai tea is not very good in my opinion the blended drinks don't stay consistent . The arroz con leche, flan and choco flan very tasty. And the aquas frecas are amazing. I love the tamarind(tamarindo) I've been coming for years it's a very home-ee place for me. One thing that makes me sad is the cost for it. But that's about my only complain. Tere and Rosita (I think that's their names) very hardworking and nice ladies!

This Mexican bakery is my new obsession! Conveniently located in echo park right around the corner from Downtown LA, this bakery has just about everything you could imagine. From pastries to cakes & cupcakes, juices, and even savory items like breakfast burritos and tacos. Everything I tried from them has been good. Tried a sugar cookie with those tiny chocolate chips - delicious. Their doughnut filled with pastry cream was superb. What surprised me was how good their savory items were too. The chicken quesadilla came with a corn tortilla that you could tell was made by hand and with fresh ingredients. The chicken was delicious and it had the perfect amount of cheese. The breakfast burrito was full of hash brown tomatoes and eggs & cheese. This really hit the spot. The prices are cheap. The staff is super friendly. And it's a large store with seating available. I'm a new regular. If you haven't tried it you have to go.

Excellent bakery. Would highly recommend. The food options are fantastic and all at very reasonable prices. $2 for a coffee is a real perk Staff are so friendly and helpful also

Amazing bakery! I have been coming to this bakery ever since I lived in the area (over 30 years ago) and even after I moved, I still come by to get fresh bread. Delicious and fresh every day. I love that they still have the Bolillo con queso, it's my childhood favorite.

Yo no vuelvo a ir y 100% no se Los recomiendo!

Friendly people. Mi espanol es muy mal, as you can tell, but the friendly people working there didn't laugh at me, ok, we all laughed with me, but K Bakery is a very pleasant neighborhood place to grab a meal. Today I tried their Salvadoran breakfast, which was great, the plantains were like desert. K Bakery is friendly, quick, and inexpensive. I even scored a parking spot on the street right in front of their front door. What a great start to my day.

I got a burrito with carne asada it was super yummy !! As well as l got a passion fruit beverage super good ! The employee were super friendly and I didn't wait even long to get my food and drink.

This is an incredibly delicious, authentic, no frills, non-pretentious, mom and pop type of panadería. They have a great mix of both Mexican and Salvadoran food options. They have dozens of different types of pan dulce's, and a large variety of juices, from fruit blends to veggie blends, to smoothies, fruit salads, shakes, and wellness shots like wheat grass and ginger shots, and more. it appears that the variety of bread and fresh juices are far wider on the weekends as that is a far busier time for them but I may be wrong. The savory food is incredible. From pupusas to tacos, to tamales, burritos and entree sized meals. Breakfast (egg) and lunch/dinner meals. The service is quick. Every time I've been, there has been a long line that gets in and out quick. The first time I visited, I almost left because how long the line was but it really only takes 5 mins or so. At least, that's what it feels like. Everyone must wait in line. Even though who order over the phone. I like it imo because it's again no frills, just come on for some great food, drinks, and coffee, enjoy. See you next time. The prices are incredibly priced too, it's so good to have places where people can visit and not break the bank but also enjoy authentic delicious meals.

The carne asada burrito was horrible. And very dry. The toro was hard as if it was in a bag that wasn't sealed.

Easily my favorite thing I tried! The tofu cream croissant toast was airy and light, with a creamy topping that wasn't overly sweet. The mushroom béchamel was savory and good. I only got it because my brother suggested it. Normally I would not seek mushroom pastries even though I like mushrooms. The yuzu meringue croiffin was good, but I am not used to tart flavors in croissant/pastry combination. The cafe is very tiny, with only one table for seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot. There are seats outside. I also wanted to try the black sesame pastry, but didn't see it available when I visited. I'd definitely go back to try it. The drink was the standout for me!

She took me here. The place was very clean and tidy with a lot of different types of sweet treats. I was there for one thing only. I did ask the gal working if they were made that day and she said yes. We ordered a raspberry, an orange, a coffee bean and the popular mango. This was my 2nd time trying these and our hopes were high BUT the raspberry was just awful the filling was strange and it had just raspberry jam inside,I dint eat it. The mango was okay so we shared that. The coffee bean was just awful as well so we didn't finish that either. The orange was the best of the group but overall just a disappointing experience once again because these are not cheap. I'm starting to think I might just have to give up my journey to find these although there are some places in Vegas that look promising. I don't think Reno has any bakeries that make these. They look so beautiful but the taste is a let down.

There were endless selection of salt bread and different flavoured buns which all looked delicious. As we were browsing and deciding, the lady at the counter was kind enough to offer us a sample of the butter rice cake. The butter tteok tasted pretty good on the spot so we bought a pack of 5 back home along with a hot and spicy salt bread and corn soboro. The butter rice cakes were already cold and hard when we got home, the inside was dense and chewy in a bad way. I didn't want them to go to waste so I tried reheating them in the over for a few minutes. It was warm but the texture never recovered, everything just got more dense and hard. The hot and spicy salt bread looked like a winner, but when we bit into it, the bread was just crunchy and overly buttery without a lot of flavour. The inside did not have the soft pillowy texture you'd expect from salt bread. The filling was a budget hot dog and some corn mixed with mayo. We cut the bread in half and my boyfriend said his piece had way too much mayo and mine barely had any. I grabbed the corn soboro thinking it would be delicious since it was corn season but was the most disappointed by it. I reheated the bread again to get the cookie top to crisp up. The soboro top didn't have a lot of crunch or flavour, it was just a layer of sweetness with no texture. The corn cream filling was not good, the corn was dehydrated and had no flavour at all. It honestly tasted a bit like canned corn that's over baked, I ended up scooping it out because the bread was better without it. Maybe it's better to go earlier when the baked goods are fresh and eat it there instead of taking it home.
