These guys weren't pressuring me to buy, nor were they trying to get me to spend even more. Simple, easy. Friendly Service. I called Harris and arranged fro a new engine to be delivered. Before I got that far Harris tried to get me to go to the dealership because there was a chance that I could have the engine replaced for free through a warranty. They tried to save me $1800. I already knew the answer, and had them install the engine, and it was flawless. Ask for Parker, or Rob, both great mechanics and stand up guys.

Devastated, I decided to take action, despite already owning a 2009 two door hardtop S, 6 speed manual...my baby. Mine is in excellent condition and has extremely low miles ( my commute to work has averaged 3 miles for the past 15 years). I've been wanting a 4 door hardtop S, 6 speed, but having an awesome car already, I'd not changed out. Due to the news, I notified my friendly staff at Hendrick BMW on independence Bv that I'd like to find one in the Resolute edition. Prices have gone up too much, so minus 1 star for that. JEFF SHINN has been my salesman for 3.5 cars ( long ago, BMW guys weren't allowed to sell Minis....BYRAN ARMBRYSTER sold me my 2 door Mini in 2009 when Jeff passed me to him , a newbie at the time). Still friends to this day with all of these folks! Jeff mainly sells BMWs, so FORREST HOLSTON stepped up to help me find the exact Mini Resolute I wanted. A.J SNYDER also assisted at a supervisory level since the car was produced, but not yet in country. I was still trying to confirm Mini's decision to stop production of real manuals after 2024, so I did not act immediately. However, once I did confirm, I contacted the crew and said.. "GO get our girl!" (**SEX AND THE CITY reference intended...if you know, ya know!) . The car had landed at a non Hendrick dealership in Raleigh with an interested party. I pre-qualified for my loan, and JEFF, FORREST AJ, and management staff worked their magic. Tuesday after Christmas, after my shift, I was at the dealership in a heavy, dark downpour, picking up my new car. SHARATH NAIR has assisted me with my finance and warranty needs. He understands my usage, needs and what I want for my cars. Super smart guy with the #s . Be prepared to spend 3 to 5 k on warranties, but only buy what works for your needs...it's important. SHARATH does not push anything on you. I will hate to sell my 2009, but I suppose I should. To a good home only. He has been an awesome car. I'm getting to know the Resolute , which is quite a bit different ( not better or worse) than my original. I appreciate the way JEFF , FORREST AJ , and SHARATH everyone at Hendrick, assist me and work with my intense po po schedule. I feel so lucky and blessed! Motor on my friends!

I normally wouldn't post such details online but for this review I think it's important for consideration of others when buying from All City Auto. I was looking for a very specific type of vehicle across several states, a Porsche Cayenne GTS, even considered flying out to Vegas to look at one. My previous Cayenne got flooded in Hurricane Helene so on top of looking for the right vehicle we had our concerns of water damage for the next vehicle, we didn't want to purchase what we had just lost. This is a beautiful beast of machinery that runs so smoothly! Our travels span several states regularly and we've had no issues whatsoever. Now for the sales experience, I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went and it's actually one of the reasons we drove out of state twice to finalize our decision. The GTS is a very specific model and there aren't many in the used car market at a given time to choose from, especially considering the certain features we wanted. There was no pressure to purchase this vehicle. We were offered the freedom to take what time we needed to drive it and really get comfortable inspecting every square inch without being constantly hassled regarding whether we liked it or had made our decision. The high pressure sales/oversight literally pushed us away from two dealerships, sending up red flags due to urgency of purchase. All City did not do this which helped us feel at ease in making an informed decision on such a large purchase. When we came back for the second time a week later, having been to several other dealerships, our mind was pretty much made up. We test drove the vehicle again just to be sure, asked all our remaining questions and finished out paperwork by early morning/lunch time. Such a smooth transaction, other dealers could certainly take note. This is the experience people want when purchasing a vehicle, no amount of spamming text messages or phone calls are going to convince someone to spend this kind of money on a vehicle. Either we want it or we don't. High pressure sales aren't the way to go, especially in this day and age, if anything (and especially in our case) it's a turn off. Thank you All City! Truly a stand-out experience in what is often quite a cumbersome endeavor.

After only sixteen days, the nightmare began. To date we have documented 28 non-consecutive days use of the vehicle and 93 days of the vehicle being out of comission and at our trusted mechanic's shop (where it still is). The ownership has told us that we "waited" too long to let them know there was an issue and we basically now have an $11,000 paper weight to decorate our driveway with when/if we get it home (not to mention the over $4,000 in repair work we had to have done to get other issues put right. In my opinion, I would not do business with these people again as they are unwilling to do the right thing and work with us to resolve the issue in a mutually beneficial manner. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
