We went with our 19 year old son to purchase his first vehicle. Our initial purchase experience was with Mario, who was friendly and efficient. However, after the sale things went downhill. After only sixteen days, the nightmare began. To date we have documented 28 non-consecutive days use of the vehicle and 93 days of the vehicle being out of comission and at our trusted mechanic's shop (where it still is). The ownership has told us that we "waited" too long to let them know there was an issue and we basically now have an $11,000 paper weight to decorate our driveway with when/if we get it home (not to mention the over $4,000 in repair work we had to have done to get other issues put right. In my opinion, I would not do business with these people again as they are unwilling to do the right thing and work with us to resolve the issue in a mutually beneficial manner. I wanted to wait to post a review until a bit of time had passed and I felt confident everything was okay with the vehicle, no surprises, and also didn't want to jinx it. But we have put serious miles on it since and it's been a wonderful ride! I normally wouldn't post such details online but for this review I think it's important for consideration of others when buying from All City Auto. I was looking for a very specific type of vehicle across several states, a Porsche Cayenne GTS, even considered flying out to Vegas to look at one. My previous Cayenne got flooded in Hurricane Helene so on top of looking for the right vehicle we had our concerns of water damage for the next vehicle, we didn't want to purchase what we had just lost. This is a beautiful beast of machinery that runs so smoothly! Our travels span several states regularly and we've had no issues whatsoever. Now for the sales experience, I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went and it's actually one of the reasons we drove out of state twice to finalize our decision. The GTS is a very specific model and there aren't many in the used car market at a given time to choose from, especially considering the certain features we wanted. There was no pressure to purchase this vehicle. We were offered the freedom to take what time we needed to drive it and really get comfortable inspecting every square inch without being constantly hassled regarding whether we liked it or had made our decision. The high pressure sales/oversight literally pushed us away from two dealerships, sending up red flags due to urgency of purchase. All City did not do this which helped us feel at ease in making an informed decision on such a large purchase. When we came back for the second time a week later, having been to several other dealerships, our mind was pretty much made up. We test drove the vehicle again just to be sure, asked all our remaining questions and finished out paperwork by early morning/lunch time. Such a smooth transaction, other dealers could certainly take note. This is the experience people want when purchasing a vehicle, no amount of spamming text messages or phone calls are going to convince someone to spend this kind of money on a vehicle. Either we want it or we don't. High pressure sales aren't the way to go, especially in this day and age, if anything (and especially in our case) it's a turn off. Thank you All City! I purchased a Toyota Highlander from All City Auto, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Within just five days of the purchase, I canceled the warranty -- but it took the finance manager over a month to send the $2,000 refund check back to the bank. During that time, I was lied to about it having already been sent, which was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The overall customer service and communication were very poor. Getting any kind of update or help was nearly impossible, and it felt like they stopped caring the moment the sale was finalized. Now, not even long after purchasing, the car is on the verge of breaking down. The power steering pump needs to be replaced, the brakes are worn down, and there are additional mechanical issues that I still need to get diagnosed. Just to be clear -- none of these issues would have been covered by the warranty I canceled, so even if I had kept it, I'd still be in the same costly position. I feel completely taken advantage of and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're considering buying from All City Auto, please be extremely cautious and have any vehicle thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic before making a decision. read more

I bought my daughter a car from here. We moved and drove it to another state only to have the engine light go on. We took it immediately to an auto repair. They found a rag stuffed in the engine to keep it from leaking. We were told that it was obvious that the dealership knew about it and sold us a bad car. $3500 later! read more

It could have been 5 stars if not for their bad business. We bought the car 2 weeks ago and the transaction was easy and fast, Graci assured us that if anything wrong with the car, we can bring it by to have it looked. While I understand we bought a used car, I also did not expect it to be broken twice in 2 weeks after getting it. It's not even starting now. I contacted this place to have it looked "like we were assured", but was just told they are busy for a month and can't help us and we're told to go somewhere else, whattt!!!? read more

I called Paul at 12:30pm and told him what I wanted and my situation. In less than 30 mins he called me back with several cars to view online. I decided to go view the cars after calling them back and talking to Tony. I got to the dealership at 2:30pm and walked in and Paul already had me approved. Tony took me to view the car and I walked out of the dealership at 5:30pm with a beautiful car at an amazing deal.. don't go anywhere else for a car.. they are honest and works with what you want and doesn't try to push you in a different direction. Stumbled upon this place while looking for another car sales shop. Come to find out the place we were looking for was right behind him but it was a whole mess. So I ended up walking back up to this shop and the man I spoke to was really nice. He offered so much information. Asked what my price range was, how much I was willing to pay monthly, and so much more. When I asked questions about the history of the car and what stuff had been done to the car, he had no hesitation to answer any of our questions. Very honest and respectful! Feel in love with the car the second he handed me the keys! He was very willing to negotiate and work with me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
