He assured me it was a great vehicle. I made the commitment to buy it, so I flew from Madison, WI to Charlotte. Amin picked me up at the airport and the car did not disappoint! The transaction went smooth and I was off driving the GLS550 back to WI, a 13hr trek! I was a bit nervous about a potential breakdown, but to my pleasant surprise it performed very well. There was a brake shimmy so I called Amin about it and he made it right with me and I am a happy camper with this 2018 GLS 550 ! Thank you Amin for making this a very pleasant experience and I do recommend checking out their inventory, or let him know what you want to buy. Amin is a very personable and customer focused businessman. Best regards, Keith

At first there were a few issues with getting me financed with their lenders (mostly just proof of residence as I live with a friend and I do not have any bills in my name) but after sorting that out and spending a total of about two hours at the dealership (in my opinion that is not to long based off past experiences) I finally am about to leave with my m3. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is some other salesman came up to me asking my name and trying to snipe the sale from Roy and Darren, which I didn't appreciate at all. Besides that my experience was good. The showroom is clean and they play r&b type of music and not like trap kind so that was something I really appreciated. Everyone was pretty much nice and my finance manager was efficient with the paperwork, I was only in his office for a short amount of time like 10 minutes which was great. Normally that's the Grind type of part where you get pushed into all these extra warranties and stuff, but with this guy it wasn't. Maybe that's because this is not a new car dealer it is a used dealer and I have never bought from a used dealer before. Regardless of the reasoning it was nice that no one tried to add an extra $4000 on to my loan. Jose colon was the finance manager. Sorry for putting it at the end

The environment is very friendly and inviting. I personally appreciated that the car salesmen had strong camaraderie amongst each other; i.e. it wasn't a shark fight when I walked in. At this dealership, they don't play games or sales tricks. The pricing and condition of the vehicle is extremely transparent. Once we discussed the nitty gritty of the finances, they were respectful and made sure that my points were heard and answered all of my many, many questions. Justin was the salesmen that assisted me and he was simply awesome. I honestly didn't expect that a game of pool was in the cards when coming in to purchase a 2012 Jeep Wrangler in great condition! Justin did not only play a game of pool with me (that I TOTALLY won, by the way), he also came in ON HIS DAY OFF to ensure that I received the highest level of customer service. Nowadays, buying a used car is a huge commitment, and its incredibly difficult to trust your dealership. I was anxious going in, as I have been BURNED in the past with former dealerships, but coming here was simply a breath of fresh air! The transparency, the customer service, and the selection of vehicles (they are very selective with their catalogue) was TOP NOTCH. As you can see from my lengthy review, I have many thoughts and opinions, so don't even get me started on the vehicle they sold to me-- Im in LOVE! Fantastic condition, detailed and serviced prior to purchase like the rest of their vehicles on the lot. Come by, ask for Justin for a game of pool, and buy a car while you're at it! ;) Now I am going to mention the many kind individuals that assisted me while at the dealership, so big thank you to Mindy, Yousef, Tucker, Alex, DeWayne, Jordy, and of course, Justin!

MISREPRESENTATION AND UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES…read more Purchased vehicle on 12/12/25. At the time of the sale, Dream Work did not disclose serious KNOWN mechanical issues involving the transfer case and related drivetrain components. They installed a used transfer case prior to sale and took the vehicle to Land Rover Charlotte because only a certified dealership could program the transfer case. Land Rover discussed with Dream Work that after adding transfer case fluid and attempting programming, a flagged error code remained, indicating that unresolved defects existed before they sold the vehicle to us. Dream Work WILL claim Land Rover test drove the vehicle and it was fine. However, that omits the fact that Land Rover documented that the error code remained after service and programming attempts. Dream Work asked them to clear the code and was provided a copy of the document outlining the issue( I have their original invoice from 11/21/25... three weeks before we purchased the vehicle). Dream Work negated to tell us this issue so that we could make an informed decision about the purchase. It is understood that vehicles may temporarily drive normally after fluid is added. The issue became apparent after the fluid emptied, exposing the underlying defect, which was a major safety concern. We spent over $3000 to add fluid to the transfer case and replace rear rotors that were at 1 centimeter. We're not mechanics and trusted their judgement. The transfer case will fail, costing upwards of $10,000. CARFAX REPORT-TRASH IT! Dealerships are not required to report repairs. Dream Work is quick to give each customer a Carfax report; even making them available online, with the knowledge that reporting repairs or the lack there of, does not have to be on the report. IT'S COMPLETE DECEPTION GUYS! I met with a manager(I will protect his name..for now), in person on 4/24/26 about the issue. On 4/25/26,I emailed him a PDF file outlining our concerns and requested a resolution. He emailed me back on 4/25/26 denying any wrongdoing and denied liability. Many of your complaints end here. Mine will not. I will be made whole again.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Cars of Charlotte, and I feel obligated to…read morewarn others before they make the same mistake I did. In November, I purchased a 2019 Dodge Durango from this dealership. Within a week of buying it, I had to return the vehicle due to a serious mechanical issue. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of what has turned into a very costly and frustrating situation. Since purchasing the vehicle, I've had one issue after another. First, the starter went out. Then, the head gasket failed. After that, I was told the timing chain needed to be replaced. Now, on top of everything else, the air conditioning is no longer working. Altogether, I have spent over $4,000 in repairs on a vehicle I had just purchased, which is completely unacceptable. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer service and accountability from the current ownership. I have bought well over 8 cars from this dealership in the past, and under the previous owner, Al, I never had issues like this. And if something did come up, he worked with customers to make things right. That level of integrity and service is completely gone. The current owner's attitude is dismissive and unhelpful. Every concern I've raised has been met with the same response: "You bought it as is." That's not how you treat loyal, repeat customers--especially someone who has supported your business for years. This experience has completely changed my view of this dealership. What used to be a place I trusted and recommended is now somewhere I would strongly advise people to avoid. I wouldn't even buy a bike from them at this point. If you're considering buying a car, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
