Franco is one of the owners, but lies to my face and told me he is just the manager and he said that he only does the paperwork. After I purchased a 2011 Infiniti QX56 this week, I realized that I bought a lemon. The day after I drove the vehicle home it broke down at my daughter school. How embarrasing!! I called immediately and spoke to Franco and explained that my car would not start and that no lights came on the dashboard and asked him if he would tow it back to the car lot. He said that he could not do anything and that they were closing, but he has a tow company as well and still would not do the right thing and come pick up the car and fix it, since we had not had it, not even 24hrs. We stayed at my daughter's school for hours until a locksmith told us how to get the car to start because he stated that the ignition switch was the bad and that was the reason. Which is over  1,000 dollars for just the part. My husband took it back to Sanchez the next day and they stated that they scanned the vehicle and it did not show any sign of a bad ignition switch. But, are they complete LIARS? Yes!!! They did not check or even attempt to fix the problem. The following day the check engine light came on, we took it to Nissan dealership and got a list of major vehicle issues totaling over 5,000 dollars, almost half of what we paid for the truck. Took it back up there and spoke to Franco and all he stated was that we purchased the car AS IS and now that I see the reviews and complaints on the BBB website, he makes a habit of selling lemons,scamming people from their hard earn money and hide behind the AS IS Disclaimer. These people do enough to get these salvage vehicles to pass inspection and for customers to test drive and then they break down right after you drive off the lot. They don't handle their customers right by no means!!! I warn all of you to stay away from these scavengers. The stack of paperwork hide all the real issues, such as salvage titles, damage, floods and etc..... These people are absolutely horrible and major crooks!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS LEMON SELLING LOT!! LEARN FROM ALL OF THEIR PAST CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE, SUCH AS MYSELF! NOT A GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL. THIS BUSINESS, SUCK PEOPLE DRY JUST LIKE THE LEMONS THEY SELL! THESE OWNERS EAT GOOD AND STARVE FAMILIES FROM THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY! A COMPLETE DISGRACE!! This business does not deserve not even a 1 star! The state need to close this scheming facility Down!!!
