They always welcome my kids with a smile and a welcoming attitude. It's a commitment that we have never regretted taking on, and like every commitment, there are expectations that need to be met. Attendance, communication, dedication, and participation are very important in the process of the improvement of boxing skills. My kids have been attending this gym for about 3 years and have absolutely loved going to practice. They have learned so much and improved their boxing skills enormously from when they initially started. My kids have competed in multiple boxing tournaments all over the PNW and qualified to compete in national tournaments and have done fairly well for the amount of time they've been training. There was zero flow to the class and it was all inversion prep or counting down from 10 to hold a pose. Hot power is not a yoga class, it's a fitness class with yoga postures. At the end the teacher dropped a cool wash cloth on my hand. Would have been nice to have been forewarned about that. I might have passed. I purchased a 2 week pass but I'm unsure if I'll be back.

We checked out Riverfront Rock Gym during the summer of 2022 while we were camping in Wenatchee…read more It was one of those really hot summers with temperatures in the north of 90 degrees Fahrenheit. After checking out in the morning, we still wanted to do more in Wenatchee before heading back to Seattle. We quickly polled the kids while yelping to see what was available in the area for a good, kid-friendly fun. Unanimously, rock climbing was the top (well, the only) choice and off we went! The front desk staff were very friendly, inviting, and professional handling a large group of four families. Digitally signing the liability forms on their iPads was pretty simple and we were able to get the kids checked in with proper shoes and climbing harness apparatus. Once the kids were fully equipped, the staff guided all of us to the rock gym area, which was very spacious with numerous options, obstacles, and challenges. Their staff went over the specifics of each rock wall, how to secure the harness, safety features, what to do, and how to have fun. We were in great hands and I appreciate how inviting they were to the kids to try out any wall with their help. We loved every moment and our kids made many memories.

As a younger man, I enjoy my time hanging with the seniors because I just love listening to their stories about life and the jokes they share with one another to keep the spirits up. If you're thinking about joining it's incredibly affordable too, only $35/year for an individual & $55/couple I purposely left out many other great activities & events they have going on with the hopes you'll join us for coffee one morning and then you can find everything out for yourself :)
