This was my first time ever coming to this nail salon, and I only came here because my daughter was getting her hair done next door. This was probably the best pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. While I was somewhat in a hurry, the nail tech (Anh) I believe, took her time with my pedicure and I really appreciated that. She was very friendly and I was serviced immediately. I couldn't believe how thorough they were in this nail salon and can tell they take great pride in servicing their customers and ensuring customers get their monies worth. First off, the new owners started business by lying to regular customers saying that Stephen, the previous owner, was on vacation instead of being honest about the shop being sold. So I gave them a chance and it was a mistake. The new owner did such a bad job on my nails that I had to go back and get them fixed. They can't even do a simple full set with gel polish. It is most unfortunate that I will have to find a new nail shop because this one was so conveniently located. But id rather drive 30 minutes to my old shop than to deal with lying owners who do bad work. Unacceptable. read more

l got my eyebrows waxed at this location today to only leave looking worse than when l entered. To add insult to injury, when l went back in to request a refund, she told me the gap she left on my eyebrow was there before she waxed it off and refused to give me my money back. Neither one of my eyebrows looked remotely alike, one they took way too much off, and the other one was bare in multiple places. l have gone here before to get a pedicure, but l will not be visiting this establishment ever again, nor will any of my friends. If you mess up someone's eyebrows, you take accountability, not place blame on me as if l put the wax on myself! Lack of customer service and skills is the quickest way to lose customers. If l could give them lower than 1 star l would!!! read more

I was in town for a wedding and went here about 2 weeks ago. My nails started chipping after 1 week. I got a clear UV gel overlay and that started chipping about 4 days later. The lady who did my feet was nice but I could tell they had an issue when I decided to change my toe color (even tho I paid extra for the polish change), they were speaking in their language when I asked for the change. They were speaking English up until that point...Draw your own conclusions. The man who did my hands was not friendly at all and seemed to become a tiny bit nicer once I have him a nice tip. Guess I should have kept the tip because my hand nails look aweful only after 2 weeks. I've been get in my nails in my hometown for over a year and have been able to go over 3 weeks without one broken nail so I get the impression that the powder they use must be of a lesser quality than what I'm used to. Good news is that my toes still look good and my eyebrows looked good after they were waxed...this is the only reason they got more than 1 star from me. read more

This is a fantastic nail salon! I really enjoy that they have a paraffin soak for your feet that is standard with a pedicure. Mimi is awesome! Very nice work! I went to go get a mani pedi for my wedding ceremony and I was very happy with my result. It's pretty small inside. I hardly had to wait to get my pedicure. I recommend Vivian! Great pedicure, it's been a week and I still love it! Next was a manicure with acrylic French tips, I didn't catch his name but my nails came out great as well! Like the salon close to home only problem is there are not enough nail techs that can do fill ins or powder on the nails. The man in the front does the best nails except sometimes he seems as if he doesn't want to do a certain style polish even if you know it can be done ... Had to beg him for the green at the tips and last week had to beg him for glitter on top of gold, I think he just likes to do basic nails only no design. read more

I was searching for a nail salon to get acrylic nails and since this place was close to my house and had great reviews so i went on and they never disappointed me since then its been six months i regularly go there and the only guy i think the manager he does wonderful job i just like to get my nails done by him, sadly i am not in charlotte anymore and when i got my nails done at my current city, i got to know K nails value. They do amazing job at a very reasonable price, wide selection of polish opi, essie, china glaze, zoya etc and gel polish too. I just used to love my nails when i used to get out from this place. Instead of her completing my nails she passed me along to one her workers who took an hour and a half to complete a gel manicure with sub-par skills.
