So one day I decided to get a full set of acrylic nails and John took care of me on a Sunday. With his frequent smoke breaks he did an ombré full set of nails on me. Expensive too. $60 for a full set. They looked so nice when done. Well within less than two weeks I had nails falling off. When I complained to the owner Hanna and asked her to have my guy Mike do my nails with a new set because the service John did was horrible she said there wasn't any need and gave me a fill-in instead. Although I wasn't happy I figured my guy Mike would make it right. I don't blame him. He's great. Think he was actually advocating for me with Hanna. She wasn't having it. Well two weeks later - two new nails fell off and I caught a nail fungus on two fingers too. I warn anyone who uses this place to be cautious and not allow John to do your nails. Hanna isn't professional and cares about money - not keeping her customers happy. If I caught a nail fungus that means they're not clean. I will be reporting them to the health department. read more

Second visit to this nail salon This time I was a walk in for a regular pedicure and they were able to squeeze me in. Despite being busy the woman did not rush and took her time. My toe nails look pretty good as far as I can tell so far! (Under the dryer currently lol). A man in the salon hooked me up to their WiFi bc he saw me struggling to get a signal! I wish I could give it a zero! I've been going there for two years and Chino usually does my nails, love him! The owner, she is so disrespectful! I called to make an appointment to have my tips removed and do dip on my regular nails, I was on the phone with her roughly 20-30 seconds. When I went there, this guy took me and let me there to soak. Few minutes later, he comes back telling me no one can do my nails and if I want to come back. I reply back with, wait-I made an appointment and what's the problem? This was my second time at this salon and I have had my nails done by both John and Chino. Both did a great job but I do like how Chino shaped my nails better. I get dip powder and they both did a good amount of layers, I haven't experienced any chipping here but I will say I don't love their color selections. Color is a big deal breaker for me and I kinda want to try other places mainly because they don't have too many colors I like (most of them have glitter and that just isn't my thing). this place is small and dirty! I received a gift card so I strayed away from my usual place and gave it a shot. big mistake. let's start with my pedicure, I sat in the chair and the man didn't let me soak my feet. instead he took a brush, yes a brush and started to brush the TOP of my feet (i don't have hair on top of my feet) it hurt! he then proceeded to squirt some hand soap into the tub and brushed some more. Now, yes, I should have ran BUT i had foil on my fingertips to soak off the gel i previously had. He starts the manicure. He couldn't find the color powder i selected and began searching for it. I told him i would choose a different color he said no and kept looking. finally he finds it, it was labeled wrong. He started the manicure and halfway into it there is a little gnat flying around. It lands on my arm and the man smacks it and KILLS this bug on my arm. i wanted to throw up and cry. he picks it off and acts like no big deal. i guess the bug threw him off because he didn't file or use the cuticle cutters. never again! read more

Staff needs better training. The owner Hanna was doing my nails for a while but I feel like she's always too busy or rushing. She needs someone to help her manage the salon I think she's overwhelmed. I came in to get dip powder and waited 2 1/2 hours. One of her employees did the dip powder and before he started I noticed the jar was almost empty I told him I'd just pick another color. He swore it was fine. Upon starting he realized it might not be enough inside to dip and proceeds to use a SPOON to get the remaining product out. Dip powder requires almost a full jar. I tried to trust him because he was so reassuring and nice. My nails were horrible. I noticed they looked foggy. When I was leaving I said to him there's acetone and product all over my skin. He was in a rush to go eat and told me it would come off when I washed my hands. 6 hand washes later and a bunch of peeling at it, it did. When I mentioned the foggy color he said it was the lotion. Then the next day 3 nails broke. When I called; Hanna said someone would fix it don't worry. When I arrived the person who she told me would fix it told me "you should've spoken up. He didn't do a good job this is too thin. Now you need to do them all over and idk what you're going to do the color isn't here" he was very condescending and mean. He kept making it seem like another color was a problem for him. No customer should have to walk someone through doing their job. I tried to take him for his word and that was a fail. The replacement tech was mean and nasty and Hanna ended up doing my nails but not before embarrassing me by yelling she told me it would be fixed when I tried to tell her the man was mean. I've been going there for over a year and a half and the service used to be good, but I guess there's new staff now but every appointment I've made I still have to sit and wait, sometimes up to an hour. However today I called and made an appointment for 3 pedicures. They had maybe 4 people working so I was surprised that they even said they had the space .. anyway one guys started one of us.... after about 35 minutes someone started my boyfriend and now an hour later I was still sitting there not started. The service is terrible, I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Anyway, I wouldn't waste your time going there,They use the same equipment for nails on everyone, no new tools, so expect a fungus of some sort... my boyfriend had toenail clippings from someone else in his pedicure bath in the beginning. My mom and I went here because her old nail salon was closed. It's another "factory" nail salon. They get you in and out as quick as they can. No hot towels with either pedicure or manicure. The massage on your legs for the pedicure was so short that if you blinked, you missed it. The man who runs the front desk smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. We will not be returning.
