Sergiu was a true gentleman with outstanding customer service. He was very nice, polite & professional with both my wife & I. We were in a bit of a rush because our insurance company needed us to get the roof clean, Sergiu accommodated our timing. He's a hard worker, honest & he's got the better rates. He was on time. He took his time with the house, my little girl was looking through the glass door at him & he was very nice to her which is also a plus. He cleaned up any debris that fell from the roof. I have a partial Northern exposure on my back deck and roof witch makes it easy for green fungus to grow. Also my gutters got tannin stains from leaves and dirty water. Sergiu used the right chemicals to get the stains out and explained that they might come back next year. Once that was done work was scheduled. The dumpster was delivered at the very beginning of the day. The crew started early in the morning and they actually finished by the time the sun was going down they were done. They covered our back deck so it wouldn't be damaged.
