We have used K Rides for years and were always happy with the service. We would often even recommend them. Not anymore! My wife and I were taking our first real vacation since 2019 to celebrate her birthday. I made a reservation with K Rides on July 11th to be picked up on 6/21 at 6:00 AM to go to the airport. Originally they quoted a very high price so I declined, but they texted back with a lower price (still kinda high). I wanted to make the trip as smooth as possible so I accepted it and paid that same day. When 6/21 rolled around it was getting closer and closer to 6:00AM. My wife and I both called and texted several times. finally by 6:15AM we had to make a decision. So we loaded up the car and rushed to the airport. Of course finding parking took a long time. By now it is 7:30AM and our flight leaves at 8:00AM. We got to the ticket counter but since it was an international flight we were too late. Luckily they booked us on a later flight but instead of getting to our destination at 11:00 AM to enjoy the day we arrived at 11:00PM absolutely exhausted. They responded back almost 12 hours later at 6:00PM. No reason given just that they were sorry and that that they would give a refund. It's been over a week and of course still no refund. I would have totally understood if there was an emergency or something happened, but that didn't seem to be the case. I won't use them again given how unreliable they are, and then to not even follow through with giving the refund. We literally lost a whole day of our vactaion because of them. read more

So I'm not sure why I haven't done this sooner for this AMAZING company! I can't say enough about them. I had no idea there was a transport service that would be perfect for us to bring my kindergartner home from school. Uber and Lyft were out of the question and we live too close for the bus but too far away to walk. Our son was in the after school program but when my husbands schedule changed I went looking for other options and found K Rides! They came to our house for a meet and greet and the rest well is history! The price is very reasonable for a month it was almost the same price as him being in the after school program. Plus we got to have him home right after school. My son loves both Brandon and Kyle! They are all very professional. They open the door for you, they also have a bottle of water waiting for you. I even had to use them for something for myself last year and I will always use them when needed! We are also using them this year for school again!
