A car was brought into this shop to fix a minor problem and for the NY State Auto Inspection. Came out of the place with nothing fixed, a failed auto inspection, and a HUGE bill for nothing. They failed the auto inspection because a piece of plastic on the car was broken, which had NOTHING to do with the auto test. Tried to replace the part for $200, which we declined. We took the car to Delta Sonic and it passed the auto inspection without ANY problems. Oh and did I mention, these people are incompetent? We told them what the problem was with the car and they spent 2 hours inspecting it (while charging us) and then proceeding to tell us the same thing we told them like they discovered something new. If you have to go a dealership, go drive a little further to another dealership because you'll regret having ever come to this hellhole.

(shift change, lift didn't work, vacation) I arranged my schedule to be able to take my truck to them , they made the appointments ,but each time there was a problem. they were extremely rude ,and they showed no remorse , they didn't apologize , they simply didn't care . i have purchased many trucks and cars from west Herr in the past , but that is the end of that .
