Brought 2 watches in to get the batteries replaced and he found a problem with one of them. He quickly fixed it and replaced both batteries in a bout 15 min at the most. His English isn't too good but he is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs anything watch related. I took twice my watch to this place... the hands weren't working but the battery was good because I changed one week before in another shop... the guy charged me $55 e gave me the watch back after changing the battery that was good when I got home I realized the hands were not fixed... i came back to the shop next day and the guy there said will fix... after one week my watch is not working any more again... the old sir there has a poor broken english so the lack of communication was a big problem... I was charged $10 per watch for battery replacement, Nixon and Michael Kors watches. I called the place in the mall, they quoted $49 per watch but they said they don't charge you for the battery in the future when you need to get it changed again. I did not feel that $10 was inexpensive considering he used basic tools like a small screwdriver to open the watches and I know batteries can be bought at Walmart (he told me the quality of those batteries is low bc they're made in China). He also wasn't working on a protective surface and wasn't exactly graceful so I feel that he could potentially damage your watch, but I don't consider my watches to be super expensive so I wasn't too concerned. read more

I went and tried to get my bracelet shortened. I went to 2 different American places and they all said it was impossible. I was double links that couldnt be put back once taken off they said... I took it to this older vietnamese guy at this location and he said no problem, come back later in the afternoon. When i came back, It was too tight(i measured it wrong) and he fixed it for me again at no extra a charge. I was expecting it to be pricey, but it was reasonable(sorry i forgot how much). He Only accepts cash! Come to him if you dont want to get low balled, but do not expect a 5 star treatment. He does his job and he does it right and without the expensive "service" . If your jewelry needs a fixin'. wouldn't hurt to try him out. read more

What a GEM! Don't go in to the store expecting the Galleria! It's not! But this is the place to go if you want a mantle clock of your mother's fixed or an old watch that you've been holding on to fixed. His English might not be great, and the shop is FULL of clocks! It's sort of a mess. But he fixed my mother in laws watch that I've been wanting to wear in minutes! Seriously minutes! For $15! Feeling happy about finding this guy! read more

Took in two watches to have a battery installed in one watch and links taken out of the other. Owner did both of them right on the spot...took 10 min. Price was very good too! Would have cost 2-3 times more at a kiosk in the mall. I will be going back for future watch repairs. read more

We went to try to get a G shock rechargeable battery replaced. We asked him and he said $10. Great. We told him it was a rechargeable battery with the sun. He kept saying yes. He replaced the battery. Not gentle at all with the watch. The place is a mess and nowhere to stand. I kept the original battery just in case since I was skeptical. When my husband walked outside, he realized it wasn't charging or working right... he had put a lithium battery in the watch... which could screw up the watch as it will try to continue charging a battery that is not rechargeable. So we went back in and he still didn't understand. He finally gave us our $10 back. But now we have a lithium battery in the watch that would eventually mess it up so we had to find somewhere else to go to fix his mess. What a waste of time. Don't go here. read more

The gentleman fixed an old battery and took four links out of my new watch in 5 minutes. Excellent!! Great prices! I will return again.
