As the class was winding down and desserts were being handed, for some reason, she served herself and ate before completing distribution so there were several attendees who didn't receive their desserts (which they paid for!). It was bizarre and unprofessional, which was weird given that she had been helpful and attentive throughout the class so I don't know what happened. I've been to at least a dozen escape rooms and never have I experienced being cut off and not allowed to finish, especially with young child present. I respectfully voiced my concerns to the attendant who told me a manager would speak to me. I waited another 10 minutes for a manager, who told me nothing could be done about any of my concerns and to contact corporate.
