He thoroughly explained our options, from repairing the immediate leak to taking preventive measures to avoid future in-slab leaks. After discussing the pros and cons, we decided to move forward with a downstairs re-pipe to replace any pipes that were in the slab, along with replacing our pressure regulator and several older valves. This was a major project involving rerouting plumbing through the ceilings and walls, but Kevin guided us through every step of the process.
