I have been a patient here for years before the current doctor took over. Let me tell you how this place has gone down hill. They are always trying to make money and get you to buy or do different procedures to collect money. I always declined it. I had to have a root canal done years ago because this location kept filling a crack in my tooth. I have been complaining that the tooth was hurting for years and years. Root canals aren't suppose to hurt. No one ever listened, until recently when they had be come in every 3 months because I was pregnant and then more often after I had the baby, I think for more money but anyways. They tried deep cleaning it that made things worse, I had to pay out of pocket for that procedure. They finally did something about the tooth, she pulled it out because it had an infection. I did it during my spring break so I wouldn't have to go to work all messed up. My mouth hurt for days after and I don't mean sore it hurt so bad I couldn't eat or talk. Not only that I had to pay out of pocket for this procedure. Well I called the office on Friday, I have the procedure done on Monday, I told her I was still hurting. The lady said in a very rude tone well that is expected you had a tooth pulled. When I had all four wisdom teeth pulled at once it didn't even hurt that bad. So we scheduled a check up but not for 2 or 3 weeks as they stop seeing patients at 2:30, since when? I've always gone after work at 3:30 or after. I wasn't taking time off of work to fix their mistake once again. So I went to another dentist. That dentist stated she left the infection in my gums and should've scrapped it out along with a piece of my tooth. I have to pay $250 for this dentist to open up the area where the tooth was and remove the infection and because of that he thinks they can't put an implant now. read more

Having visited plenty of other dental offices, K3 dental always shines brighter than the rest. Durning these hectic times, the cleanliness of the entire office definitely ensures me of my safety and health! The ambiance that the staff create is very welcoming and they are always willing to answer any of my questions or concerns. The staff collectively have great teamwork skills that allows for my visits to be productive -- I hate waiting and I find myself never having to when I visit K3. I also really appreciate that Dr. cares for my comfort. She constantly checks in and asks if I'm okay and or feel any discomfort. Overall, I always leave K3 with a healthier smile :) 10/10 would recommend! read more

I have been a patient here for a long time. The main secretary who works in the front (Lori) left a few years ago. One time they called and left a voicemail since I am at work and can't answer, they canceled my appointment because I did not answer the phone. So when I showed up to my appointment it was canceled. I have never not shown up to my appointments and if I have to reschedule I call right away. Also, I have had issues with a specific tooth for years I have complained about, it was root canal. Nothing was ever done until they wanted me to come in more due to being pregnant and having a baby (I think just for more money as they are always pushing products on you). They did a deep cleaning which my insurance did not cover, she shaved it down and still no relief. So I had to get it removed and a scan which was $300 again insurance didn't cover. So I had to pay for their mistake of brushing the issue under the rug for years. I called recently to express my concern that my gums still hurt pretty bad where they pulled the tooth, as bad as the day after they pulled it and its been over a week, I feel as if there is still a piece of tooth stuck in my gums. The office lady said it is common to still have pain. So I asked her if I could come in after work. She said they don't do appointments passed 2:30, what since when, I have always gone in at 3:30 or after since I work. I am not missing work to go in for a mistake they made. I am very upset and disappointed in this dentist you can bet I will not be going back and will be finding another dentist to do my work. read more

I visited this place a few years ago because it was close to my house. Got a crown put in, literally looked like a piece of gum plastered over my tooth. They said they could re-do it. I said no, they should have never put it on in the first place! A person with anxiety to the dentist doesn't want to go through that again. My new dentist said it's a bad crown and with opened spaces not sealed correctly, very poor work. I have to wait 5 years from the time it was put in for the insurance to pay again! read more

Best dentist ever. I have 5 children from 3 years old to 14 years old and they all actually love going to the dentist now and have not once cried or felt uncomfortable here. My husband actually goes without me because he's very comfortable for the first time at the dentist. Everybody is always so kind. Love this dentist office. read more

I must say I am unhappy with this dentist there are times where I'm scheduled and they reschedule after I've taken days off of work I've had a tooth that was supposed to be abstract and she just broke it and left it there she also done a feeling on one of my teeth that had a metal filling so she replaced it with the white filling and it irritated me she told me that it's a feeling and that it would irritate me for a while now it's cracked and she said it's because there was a metal filling in it before she was the one that was supposed to take out the metal feeling because she replaced it with the white one now I'm having a bridge put on my front teeth which is taking almost 3 months to do while putting my temporary bridge in one of the assistance broke my temporary but still continue to put it in saying it will be alright it's fell out twice as soon as this job is finished I will be changing dentist also sorry to say I would not recommend this place read more

I have been Uppal office twice both times I was greeted with a friendly smile. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient in answering your questions. Clean environment and I didn't have to wait long to be seen for my treatment a short waiting time. Raquel was very helpful on trying to get my treatments finance. Even though I knew I wouldn't qualify. She was very helpful to try and find out anyway. She had a sweet kind and Friendly personality. Everyone one in your office was Friendly, Polite and Helpful. The doctor was very thorough in explaining what treatments needed to be done. She was friendly and very thorough in answering your questions when asked. The hygienist I saw on 11/27/18 was very Friendly, easy to talk to. She had a nice personality, Polite and very thorough in answering my questions when asked also. Dr. Uppal could not fix my fillings that were done from her office. Every time I go in she just adjusts them and tells me to go home. It has been 4-5 visits. I dont have time to keep going back. Its been almost a year and my fillings still hurt and I can not eat properly. She told me fillings are really complicated. I will be switching dentist. read more

My invisaligns worked great but took 2 times longer than expected. Then after that they found a cavity and had that fixed and my tooth was killing me after the filling. Made another appointment to have it fixed and was rescheduled about 5-6 times after the last cancellation on their part I was fed up it had been 3 months and I found a new dentist who fixed it for me. I still had to pay for a filling that was not put on properly and had to pay another dentist to fix it. read more

My 14 year old grandson has Cerebral Palsy and Autism among other issues. He had a stroke at birth and is severely disabled. Last time he had any fluids was at 8 pm the night before as requested. His appt was at 10 am and we arrived by 9:45 to check in. By 2:30 Joey had a complete meltdown because he was thirsty and hungry. My daughter held him from behind as I sat on his lap to control him from getting up and hurting other children or himself. As my daughter was crying she asked if there was a private room we could take him. After waiting 6 hours they finally did the dental work needed. These people specialize in disabled children? really? I can say the dental work was good but nothing else. Now my grandson is almost 6 foot tall weighting in at 155 pounds and as this small 5 foot nurse wheeled him out, I looked at her and said " they sent you? so I would love to see how you as very small women is going to get my grandson in this car without hurting him"!! My daughter and I had to get Joey in the car, he was dead weight!! I would not recommend this business at all! read more

Worst experience at a dental office EVER! They used 6 shots to numb my mouth for a root canal and none of it worked. I was told "You can either sit here and take it or come back another day". So I sat for 6 hours while she worked on my tooth. My front tooth had a small hardly noticeable cap from my first dentist and she decided it would be better to remove it and fix it herself. Well, now my tooth is discolored and my new dentist confirmed that she didn't even fix the tooth, she just messed it up more. Don't go to this dentist if you plan on having perfect teeth. She is rude to patients and isn't professional. You could get better dental care elsewhere. read more
