Poor service. Girls behind the counter super rude. We called in and ordered $100 worth of food and they didn't add the item on. It's no problem but to make us wait an additional 20 minutes for a falafel wrap isn't the solution. Very disappointed! I specifically ordered a cheese quesadilla.. when asked if I wanted their chicken quesadilla I told the women on the phone "no i just want cheese on it." Sadly, they put bell peppers and onions on it, so my 7 year old wouldn't eat it. So, basically a waste of $10. Also, the wings I ordered were another waste of money as two of them literally had half of their meat already missing? Their pita bread was also served straight out of the bag, not even warmed. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. It would be worth the drive to just go to Fresno instead. read more

Fast attentive service.. Food was great!! They give big portions and it's always very satisfying..

I was visiting a family friend in the metropolis of Reedley, and we decided to get some Mediterranean fare. We ordered chicken kebabs with pilaf, and some pocket bread as well. I was relieved to see that the business was making an effort to obey the COVID19 guidelines, as they had a sign posted for mask use, and they were providing masks to those people that were unprepared (why?!). Obviously the food was taken home, and we discovered that the establishment had neglected to give us the extra pocket bread that we paid for. As it turns out, the bread was hard, and just did not seem pliable at all. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the pocket bread to dip in the delicious garlic sauce. On the positive side, the chicken was extremely flavorful, and it was easy to see that the chicken was marinated with some great seasoning. As I removed the tasty chicken from the skewer, it was moist, and tasted great! The hero of the meal was the masterful salad, with an over the top dressing, and some crunchy ingredients! The salad was up there with the best salads that I have had in my entire life!! Great to see that a small town like Reedley offers a culinary experience that one would expect to find in a much larger city. As always, be sure that we support our small businesses during this challenging time. Let's keep our tax dollars local! read more

Ok sooo my first time to this kabab city in Reedley. I will start off by saying the food they made was good but their concern for food safety is concerning. I ordered a chicken wrap and whoever cut the wrap cut it with the foil already wrapped around it....wellll I found small flakes of foil all in my food. As we know ingesting metals are not good! Luckily I saw them and removed them....I called because this is concerning and not proper food practice. I asked for the manager but he was not there so I spoke to someone who said she was qualified to address my concern. When I let her know she said oh ya that is how we cut them...and I said but that isn't safe "oh ya I noticed that happens sometimes when I get a wrap here too" ummm ok well that is not a safe food practice it's not good to ingest foil...well I will let the manager when he comes in on Monday. Not I will go talk to the cooks to let them know not to do that...sooo long story short be careful if you buy their wrap. But with that said I would question other practices that they are doing if they are so non chalant about foil in their food. read more

I'm so excited that Reedley now has a new restaurant that is this good in town! No more going to Fresno or elsewhere to get good Mediterranean food, we now have a delicious Mediterranean restaurant nearby! You can tell when a restaurant is passionate about their flavors and quality, and this place really shows that. I had the chicken kabob plate and my boyfriend got the shish kabob plate, they both were soooo good and the garlic sauce that came with it was literally my favorite part of the meal lol. The rice pilaf was delicious, the salad we got was a little too acidic, but still had a good flavor to it. We also ordered a gyro, which I've never tried before. The gyro was ok to me, but it has fresh flavors and felt like a healthy option to choose if one wasn't interested in the meatiness of the kabobs. As for the restaurant itself, the setup and decor was done right. There's a good amount of seating, we were seated right away and greeted with very welcoming staff. The prices can be higher during dinner, but they serve you well so you'll definitely get your money's worth. The only cons that I have is the amount of time for our food to come out (close to an hour.. which I understand since they just opened), and the charge for more garlic sauce lol. Other than that, do come here to eat! Especially if you're new to Mediterranean food or maybe visiting Reedley, this place should be on top of your list of places to eat in this area! read more

Came here and picked up the chicken kabab plate, yalunchi, and samosa. All of the food were flavorful and delicious. The prices were decent and for the amount of delicious food you get is acceptable. If I can make a small suggestion is that they offer at least a pack of the garlic spicy sauce complimentary with the chicken order. When I had asked for the garlic spicy sauce on the side for my chicken Kabab plate I was informed that I would have to pay $1 for it. That irked me the wrong way that they couldn't give me 1 pack of the sauce on the side since I have purchased over $40 worth of food. read more

Company bought lunch here for takeout and I ordered the Kabab City Burger. Menu says it's cooked to your choice so I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked beyond well done. It was so overcooked it was dry as a bone and hard as a rock. Ordered it with extra mayo, no mayo or anything else on the buns, just more dry. I ordered it with grilled onions and mushrooms, no onions or mushrooms, grilled or otherwise. I took one bite and it was awful, as indicated above dry and hard and not even seasoned. I also tried the fries that came with the burger and they were awful, soggy, unsalted and unseasoned. I don't know about the rest of the menu, but they should rewrite the description to indicate that it's not cooked to your choice and don't even bother asking because they are going to cook it horribly the way they want to. read more

First time trying this place. I was bit underwhelmed with the food. The chicken and beef kebab plates were good. Falafels were soggy, hummus was a bit salty and the pita bread seemed store bought and was almost stale. Definitely have had better falafels and hummus. The kebab plates were the positive experience. My wife and I ordered takeout yesterday from the Reedley location. Even though we called it in about 45 minutes from when we picked it up (we were given a 20 minute time frame), it still wasn't ready. It was actually cold when we got it so that was frustrating as well. The people in front of us in line were very much angry with the staff as they were definitely short changed. The amount they paid and what they got in return was crazy. When we got our food home, there were no vegetables on the spicy chicken and no salad for anyone. We had four different meals bought but I have to say, it's not a good look. Kabab City is one of our favorite restaurants and we love going there. We have even done catering before but for what we just paid, it's pretty terrible. $80 for what?? I'm not the type to complain publicly but something needs to be done with this location. As it stands right now, we don't plan on going back. (P.S.-I was told the manager would call me to take care of this and of course, no call has been made). So, I felt the need to write this to warn others. It seems as if they don't try to make things right and are unapologetic for their carelessness. read more

Today is the second day they were open and despite the long lines the service was quick and friendly. The food was good! I got the shawarma and my boyfriend got the gyro and both were delicious. The heaviness of the meats was balanced our nicely by the sauces they used and the fries were standard which made me a bit sad because so much effort was put into the rest of the food. We got a garlic sauce on the side to try it and it was amazing! A bit strong for dipping sauce but mixed in with the gyro or the shawarma it tasted delicious. We got the baklava for dessert which was also good but to me tasted a bit stale. Overall I would definitely come back! read more

Owner has multiple locations- Hello, my name is Michele. I ordered food from a restaurant and found myself chewing on a bandaid a few bites into the chicken pita I ordered. I made the restaurant aware and they did absolutely nothing. I pulled their heath and safety reviews that you folks keep on record, and it appears there were several heath and safety issues at this restaurant. I feel as though my concerns were taken lightly and this should be brought to light since the owner has decided to not respond to my certified letter regarding this matter. I still have the pita along with the bandaid as I will not let this go until people are made aware of the situation that I along with countless others may be subject to and not even know it. Got a chicken Kebab plate yesterday to go in Reedley, when I got back to work I was disappointed to see five pieces of dry chicken (seemed old), dried rice (again was not fresh), half of the dish was Fatoosh salad, with a slight drizzle of garlic sauce. *sigh* I really dislike leaving 1 Star Reviews but this place is ever so deserving. 1st Strike: I placed an order over the phone with a guy. My husband goes and picks up order. We'll order was never entered or given to the kitchen so they sent him home with some random order because it was similar from what the original order was. Ya, my husband accepted that so that's his fault. He brings the order home. BURNED, like charred to crisp Chicken Kabob and missing the side order of fries that was my Toddlers dinner. I called and the guy that had taken my order was gone and the only thing they offered was I could pick up another order of chicken kabob the next day. Ya okay. Let me fit that in To my schedule. Now tonight I ordered a Chicken Kabob burrito, get home and it's a BEEF burrito. 1. I'm infuriated because they make such huge mistakes 2. i don't eat Beef 3. i call and the girl doesn't apologize. No remorse. Just a "the kitchen is closed" and gave me the option to pick it up tomorrow......that's it. Pick another one up tomorrow. First of all....let me start by saying that I've eaten here multiple times and at their various locations (Reedley, Fowler, Hanford) and they have been consistently great. The service staff is friendly, fast, and efficient every time I eat there and the consistent quality of their food is quite impressive. I had the Spicy Chicken, which may be unique to Kebab City, and it has become one of my all time favorites. The chicken is cooked perfectly and their signature sauce is just spicy enough to cause my nose to run a little (a very good thing) and the salad and rice are on point. Got beef kabob lunch with rice and veggies and the veggies were extremely raw, and only one piece of beef was cooked correctly. The rest was incredibly inedible. I used to love this place but the service was also very bad. The girl hostess was quite rude. She tried to cut me off when ordering on the phone multiple times.
