This is one of my favorite Mediterranean spots that I know I can count on for amazing food. Serving sizes are generous and the staff is always so nice. The kebabs are amazing and there isn't one side I can complain about. The rest of this review isn't a complaint, but more of an observation and concern during this COVID time. During my visit today for takeout I noticed that none of the employees were wearing any face coverings. Being an essential worker myself, I know how annoying those things are and how difficult it is to breathe in them, but for the health and safety of those around me I do wear it. In a fast paced kitchen with several employees shouting at each other while serving food it would make me feel safe as a customer knowing that they are wearing face coverings. There were 3 customers that came in as I was waiting for my order and I noticed the employee handle the register and serve food without changing gloves or sanitizing the screen. Again, just a concern during these times. Will this experience stop me from coming back? No, but I'll probably wait for this madness to die down a little more before I return. read more

Food and customer service are sub par. Food took forever, like about over 45 minutes to get, for dine in. The guys cooking had long hair, not tied or netted. They seemed like teenagers, helping out, not professionals. The floor was so sticky. Soda machine was out of most product, which they did not disclose when charging for a drink cup. You could taste the tap water in the drink. Food taste was nasty and tabouleh tasted stale. The rice were mushy. A few of people in our party actually were sick after eating here. This place is great. The food is made fresh and in big portions. I ordered the small Kabab plate, and I still had almost half left to take home. The staff is very friendly, and even offered a sample of one of the meats we were asking about. The place is clean and has a lot of space to have a sit down lunch. Well, I was shopping in the center there and saw the sign, so I thought I'd give this place a shot. I picked up dinner for the family and... WOW!!! Everyone was talking about how good it was well into the evening. I bought three plates: chicken shawarma, beef shawarma and kefta plate. The meats were all so flavorful and tender, No dry crusty pieces. Everything thing in each plate was really so dang delicious. This place feels like a front, poor customer service, 45 minutes for food with one other person in the restaurant, when I asked the manager he jumped out of his chair and aggressively told me that chicken takes a long time to cook. I don't know how they got a 4 1/2 star review on yelp but the numerous one star reviews are accurate. And the attacks on those one star reviews are a testament to my original statement. One of the most authentic Mediterranean establishments I have been to in the Riverside/Corona area. Not just from the flavors, but the general ambiance and feel of the entire restaurant as well. Ordered a Kefta Kabab entree with a side of Tabouleh and Tzatziki. Kababs were juicy and cooked well, and everything was seasoned just right. Presentation was simple, served on a paper plate, which I think adds to the charm of the place. Casual setting, decor is simple yet practical, Middle Eastern music playing, sports on the televisions. All of it reminded me of typical eateries in a Turkish town center. They don't pull any punches when it comes to authenticity and that is probably my favorite part about this place. Ordering online was simple, prices were a little high considering takeout spot. 3 meals for 70 dollars is really high to me but wanted something different and middle eastern food is usually a little higher anyway so figured go for it. The food was hot and portion was great but the food was not great at all. The reviews made me think it would be a lot better but the baba Ghanoush tastes like it was from a can, the kafta was very dry, the garlic paste seemed freshly made but watered down to stretch. Rice was ok but had a weird shine to it as if added something to do this and the taboulli wasn't fresh tasting at all and lacked flavors that traditional middle eastern food has.. It was only a couple of miles from my house so I decided to take out last night A bit hard to find in a small shopping center in between some other little stores. That place is good not great we decorated in anyway and the staff is not super friendly. I asked about the daycare and he did explain them to me I tried to greatly the turkey salad and the lamb chops. I didn't realize I was ordering so much but I wanted to try a few Different items It didn't take long for me to get our order and I decided not to eat there. Enjoyed our food at home and it was really good.
