I rarely leave reviews, but this nice little gem of a restaurant absolutely earned one! I had never been here before, so I asked the young man working--Kevin--what his favorite menu item was. He recommended the #8 Bacon Avocado Burger with fries, and hands down, it was the BEST burger in California. It was so delicious and generous that I ate part of it there, enjoyed more on my drive later, and it was still amazing the next morning! The cleanliness, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. I've driven past this place a few times, I finally stopped to see what they had. I had a junior cheese burger and a Dubai chocolate shake. The burger was very good. It wasn't too salty like their next door competitor's burger tender to be. I liked everything about it and will come again. The service was great. I ordered food from here and my meal was missing the bacon and hash browns. What I did receive was rubbery pancakes, gooey eggs, and toast that tasted like cardboard. The food was honestly not good at all. What frustrated me even more was the customer service. I called about the issue, and they kept emphasizing how much customer service matters to them. I was told the owner or manager would call me back to make it right, but I never received a call or any follow-up. My issue is simple: don't promise customers something if you have no intention of following through. The food is a few dollars more than in and out across the street but it's quiet and the proportions don't feel like they come from a factory setting like in and out. Absolutely loved the Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger. The flavors were so delicious together especially with the Thousand Island dressing. The chili cheese fries were good too but I got full fast off 1/2 the burger, onion rings and fried zucchini. The onion rings are yummy but the amount is smaller than what we would get from another diner we used to go to in the South Bay Area. I wasn't too impressed with the fried zucchini, the batter/breading was too thick to my liking but it fulfills the craving. The service was quick and accurate. Placed an order online and it was just about done when I got to the restaurant. The place gives a typical diner vibe and has a good amount of seating both inside and outside. The young lady at the drive thru window had a terrible attitude, let slamming the drive thru window closed, acted very annoyed when we asked for our drinks that she forgot, and the straws that she forgot after she gave us our drinks, and the tzatziki sauce that comes with the gyro that she forgot, and then tried to charge me for it??? This place gets worse and worse each time I go. Waited about 10 mins in the drive thru to get home to what tasted like old fries and burger with old brown lettuce. Monday Dec 1,2025 11:15 AM Ordered the hamburger meal , cheeseburger, zucchini fries, deep fried mushrooms & patty melt, 3 sodas 1) the hamburgers and patty melt patties were burnt and had a weird aftertaste 2) the zucchini fries and fried mushrooms were soggy 3) the sodas all had a weird taste like they don't clean the machine They also put the burgers on the bottom of the bag and they were squished when they put the zucchini fries and fried mushrooms on top of them. We will never be going back here. There are so many places in Corona that are better to go to and we were hoping Lucky Greek would be as good as we remembered but it's so bad now.
