I first saw Kabob Bitez LA at a work event and noticed their setup. I was impressed by the menu and the smells and wanted to try their food. I had the loaded piroshki and it was to die for! They're geniuses for thinking of that idea. When the event was over I passed by them again while going to my car and I couldn't resist. I got some beef bites to go for the family. They loved it too! I'll definitely go visit them in Sherman Oaks.

Pragmatically speaking, i think Havana Herbs is an "OK" cuban food place. What you get for the…read moreprice is "alright" in my book. So, the truck is owned by a guy named Herb hence the name ... Havana Herbs. isn't that amazing? LOL. He is super nice and will take time to explain stuff to you if you need some more information. The Cubana sandwich that i got was ... okay i guess. I wish it had cheese. You always get this picture of Cubana sandwiches with melty cheese and there was none in the one that I had. So I was a little bit disappointed. The meat was good, there were 2 kinds. not sure what exactly what the 2nd one was but there was ham for sure. I did like that my order automatically came with Mariquitas (fried plantain chips) That being said, I did not grow up eating Cubana sandwiches and don't know what the hell I'm talking about so If any of you people who grew up eating this can tell me otherwise, please do, i would be happy to get the education. The truck does not have the plates, only sandwiches. In my opinion, you might be better off driving or walking another mile to Versailles, down (up?) the road, you would have more choices and maybe a better experience. But anyway, don't let a stupid "yelper" like me prevent you from trying it out, this is just my opinion, you might have another one! Save the whales, promote world peace. Hug and love one another. Amen.

All of Herbs sandwiches are served with un puñado de mariquitas, but I think it's worth it to get it by the bag-full.I had a Frita and I got a lot of bang for my very few bucks. It's enough to feed 2 but great even for one (with left overs for me) Trust me....I wanted to eat all of it but couldn't. The veggies were fantastic, the rice otherworldly, the salmon cooked to perfection (and then some!!!!) and the shrimp was good also! I will absolutely be going back to this truck! #PacificoCharbroiledFish #inlove #leavingwantinmore #deliciousness #ohhhmy

The tangy taste of lime rice goes well with charred smoky taste of corn and slightly spicy of siracha, not overwhelmed the ahi. Taco combo comes with 2 tacos with your choices of proteins. We got one fish and one shrimp. It also comes with cilantro lime rice, salad, and cole slaws. Fish and shrimp are charbroiled. The portion and quality of food are perfect!
