I've brought quite a few friends here and everyone has really enjoyed it! The hummus is delicious and pairs well with the Persian cucumbers. I usually order the boneless chicken. It's flavorful and not dry at all! It comes with a very generous portion of rice/saffron rice but can be substituted with the house salad. Sometimes the wait can be long because service can be slow but I love that they're open late and have a drive up window to pick up phone orders. read more

It used to be a good Persian restaurant. NO LONGER. I am not sure if the management has changed or not but as a Persian I can tell you that the food is not good. The Ghormeh Sabsi was tasteless. The lamb chops were ordered medium rare and Came out super well done without any taste (I am sure it was not marinated). The Dough (yogurt drink) was like drinking concentrated yogurt. This place is in a horrible location, but the food here is amazing!!! We got the hummus to start and I wasn't sure what to order. The server recommended the juicy chicken and it came with rice and a Persian salad. Just perfect! My son is a vegetarian and he had the veggie plate and the rice with raisins and dates. Again amazing!!! The best part was the garlic sauce!!! It goes great with chicken, steak or veggies! My husband had the steak plate and it was so juicy and tender. Who knew you could experience something so unique in Corona. Came last saturday night. Juicy chicken was very good. They had a magician and a belly dancer. The veggie stew was not like normal rather than bite size pieces of eggplant there was huge pieces of eggplant like a whole eggplant. Good food and horrible customer Service, I order online for deliver in 1 hour, I called an hour after I order to make sure my food was on it's way. To my surprise they said your food is ready and we do not allow delivery online, I tried to explain to the lady on the phone that their website allowed me to do so and even choosing a delivery time. It looks like they dont have a clue how their website looks, I was so hungry and upset that my food was ready long time a go and that I would have to go pick it up and was going to be cold ,I had to disconnect the call. This place used to be not bad about 3/4 years ago but they have changed their whole menu and it's very limited. No stews, no fish or lamb whatsoever. I wouldn't really consider it a Persian restaurant anymore the food doesn't taste as good and the restaurant looks like it's falling apart. The drapes are half lose and ripped and there are stickers that are peeled off on the windows. Not sure what happened here but I won't be coming back. read more

After being a loyal customer of Kabob Hutt for the past 8 or so years, I can finally sadly say this place has officially reached the point of losing my service completely. We used to get 5 pieces with the juicy chicken plate when I first started coming here and over time it has become less and less pieces while still hiking up the prices. Now it's 3 pieces of small NOT juicy at all chicken with a HALF of a tomato for $15 a plate!? This is really unfortunate because my family and I used to love this place so much we would visit multiple times a week as well as have them cater family events of 100+ people. The food was amazing, I had the filet mignon kabob and split my rice between the date rice and Lima beans with dill rice.. the yogurt with cucumber and dill and my husband had his fav kabob burger delish.. Drinks are also very reasonably priced and strong. Christopher was our waiter he was so nice and helpful , attentive and his positive attitude was contagious. I come here frequent with my beautiful wife, when we can. The food never disappoints us. The waiters are the biggest problem here. The regular long time female waiters are very spiteful and if you CANT tip one visit, will degrade their customer service principles and leave you wondering if you SHOULD tip. I understand that tips something a waiter really desires, and needs, but when a 35+ year old women (in this case) begins to show signs of immaturity because she assumes she won't get a tip, you can bet, I will visit less frequent. I know THEY might not care, but word travels quick. Let me inform you that, I have worked in restaurants and know how to tell if, how and why someone is not providing acceptable customer service to you. I can only hope the ladies will win the lotto and not have to work for tips. Cause im sure most of you know what it means to work work work work and have to earn what you want/need. And in this particular case understand where you are and the dynamic of your customers. When I first had their food, I was there a few times a week, telling all my family and friends, we spent well over thousands of dollars at this place... The service was great when Carmen was there and the food was to die for... Then NEW MANAGEMENT/CHANGES started taking place... The prices increased about 2 years ago, then just recently, today, I called to place my normal order chicken tender/half house salad, I usually buy 2, for my husband and I, price is usually $26 dollars well today it was $40...They are making more changes. Credit card machine down, loyalty program gone(never had any benefits after spending thousands) food prices doubled, no new menu to look at and the quality of the food has gone down. Does this mean, I will never go here again, maybe I have been lied to/misled on numerous occassions... I was told the owner died, God rest his/her soul! I dont believe this was his/her vision as he/she was very consistent, with great food and great prices and great customer service! If they keep going at this rate I highly doubt they will stay in business around here. Chicken bowl 8.99 use to be chicken tender plate, no half salad on bowls either. The rice dish Abas Polo is awesome with lentils, dates, Raisins. Very flavorful. The Faludah dessert is not so good..
